   Have been going to this groom room for over 5 years! My dog is very timid but I really appreciate the nice lady always making her feel comfortable as much as she can. Excellent groom too!

   I found it a bit pricey when I came to live in Leicester. But you pays your money and you takes your choice. I've never had a bad experience with the grooming here and everybody's been very friendly. I'd like to commend the Greek lady (she will always be that to me as I don't know her name) and Tracy both of whom I've dealt with here without a problem. If you want a good groom for your dog, it's a good place to go in Leicester, and it's handy for the supermarket or a coffee close by while you wait!

   Absolutely vile service not only do they charge extremely high but they don’t listen to how you want your dogs groom take short cuts to save time and rude from when you walk in to when you walk out never ever again, please avoid TRACY she injured my dog and continued to be rude 5 days later my dog is still traumatised and refuses to eat!!!

   Everyone is so friendly and helpful when I take my dog, he is quite nervous being groomed and they understand this and help him feel as comfortable as possible. I use Tracey and she is great and always happy to help.

   was going there for years and everything was fine until tracey “the manager” started working there and after that it all went down south. The worst customer service ever, the minute i went inside the groom room her attitude towards me was unacceptable. Denied grooming my dog because i asked to use his own natural shampoo (which i was doing for more than 2 years) and she didn’t want to + when i asked for the store manager “robert” or rob he didn’t even help with the situation and just made it worse. I don’t understand why such places hire people like them to manage their stores. Nothing about how they handled the situation was professional, bullying their customers away! I even canceled my dogs food subscription from petsathome as i won’t be buying anything from their stores

   Have been using the Groom Room for 3 years now and have just had my worst experience this weekend. The lady who is apparently the manager (Tracey) had the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. It was my dogs first groom and she told me not to bring him again unless I have got him used to a shower and a hair dryer (he is 6 months old), if I was going to do that then I would wash him at home. I think she must have been a Head Mistress in the old days! I refuse to ever go there again unless Natalie is working as she is Amazing with my dog and the service with a Smile goes a long way for me.

   Rude and opinionated staff. Been told that my dog has been difficult and not able to dry him (he’s been to groom rooms around Leicester and never had any issues). Then unprofessional woman giving her advice on stuff she has no clue about & disassembling his collar and ruining it. I do not pay for anyones opinion but a bath for my dog. Which btw haven’t been done properly either as he smelled badly after. Won’t be returning as it’s been a very stressful experience for me and my dog. Horrible customer service, better off going to independent grooming services.
