Really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a very large selection to choose from, the shop is much bigger than it looks from the outside. They have helped us buy our first tank and guided us through set up, cleaning, adding fish etc perfectly. Cannot recommend enough.
Love getting fish from here. The staff are lovely and experienced. The tanks are always clean and the fish are healthy. Huge fan of the HUGE oranda who was there last time I visited :)
Great people for a comfortable experience, me and my girlfriend went in the shop and had a good look around the tanks were well kept and lots of variety of fish, won’t go anywhere else, other places seem to be very very snobby and act like a know it all, these guys was so helpful and had lots of information didn’t make us feel stupid for asking questions like other places, if your interested in buying your first or 5th fish you have to check these guys out

Absolutely lovely manager! Needed a certain light bulb for marine tank and he's the only one that had it and that he would save it for us. Should of taken us an hour to get to the shop but because of traffic took us a lot longer. I rang and told him we were coming and he said he'd wait for us. We arrived 15minutes after closing time and he was waiting for us. Absolutely lovely & genuine person. Thank you so much!
