   Parking is a nightmare, store has very narrow Isles, & no trolleys to use. Can never get the pets at home dog mixer big bag as out of stock all the time, & only space for it is on a shelf with room for 2 bags only !!!!

   I ordered dog stuff from pets at home. I went to collect them today, when i came back home and opened the box i seen that the dog bed i ordered wasn’t in the box. I called the shop, they advised me to contact someone through chat so they can fix the problem for me as its an online issue! No problem! Never experienced this what i did before! Lian D came through in chat! She was amazing, fixed my problem in 2min and the dog bed will come tomorrow to my house! Was very professional, quick and very kind! I appreciate the very quick help from all of you!

   Came to pets at home today and brought 2 guinea pigs the worker there Scott could not do enough for us. From the get go he was amazing walked into the store and straight away he greeted us in a very happy way and helped us with anything we needed gave us some really good advice and made our trip very successful and enjoyable I've been to other stores before and never received this type of customer service like we did from Scott

   I had no idea how disappointing it would be. The grooming team cut one nail too short and it was bleeding, then they peeled our puppy’s nail. We called them and sent an email with photos to complain about it and they said they couldn’t see there is any peeled nail. Our puppy became really sensitive and screamed when we tried to cut her nails or trim her fur. She was fine with us doing these before. But after a lovely £30 puppy grooming, she can’t do it anymore. We wanted to know what happened during the grooming and whether was she treated properly. So we asked for CCTV. They DONT HAVE CCTV at all. The whole thing is ridiculous now. We paid for someone to hurt our puppy and undo the training we did before. No one at this Pets at Home is willing to take the responsibility.

   Only went to buy a cheap dog bed. Ended up buying one double the price, but a 100 times the quality! Great advice from the the sales person my dog Belle really love's her new bed. This level of care for customer i.e. my pet, made me trust the store enough to wash Belle my GSD. The lady whom washed Belle advised me on what to do and the results speak for themselves Belle after bath, brush and de-shed, in her new bed!

   At last found a store that have live insect for our gecko girl. The store also could delivered few items to our place, just hit on their website and you will found all the needs for your lovely pet. I like this store. Cool.
