Had a great experience at Maidenhead Aquatics. Zak was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He made everything easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the fantastic service he provided!
We have three tanks fully stocked from here. Staff are really friendly and knowledgable, and are more than willing to help with and have time for any aquatic related questions. Our fish are all healthy and thriving, and the fish in store are clearly very well cared for. So five stars for this. However, we visit very frequently and before I comment, would like to ask if the bettas are okay? Have kept them for a very long time so understand they can be sensitive, but have seen one in particular, the black one, become progressively more unwell looking over the period of 5-6 weeks and it is upsetting to see them laying on the bottom like that.
Bought a new tank from here a year ago. Very helpful in getting tank sorted. Fish are healthy from here and are taking some back as breeding so well. Always friendly when picking up new filters. Think picking is very good and deal on tank was excellent.
I met a really nice team here yesterday. They offered me a really good deal on everything I purchased and also gave me some good advice on different things. I bought a really beautiful Yellow Tang and a Regal Tang as well as some equipment and live food. I'd like to give credit for the man named Matt especially for taking his time helping us but also would like to thank Ashleigh, Lee and James! Keep up the good work guys. Even though this place is an hour away from me, I will return in the future, perhaps to get stuff for my mother's future fish pond. They have a really good variety of tropical aquarium-, pond fish and marine fish. Their corals are very well priced too it's worth a visit. During our first visit to the fish place, we were thoroughly impressed and delighted to find some lovely plants for our garden pond. The staff members at the store were incredibly helpful and friendly. Although I didn't catch their names, we had the opportunity to interact with three staff members, all of whom provided excellent assistance. They not only gave us valuable advice but also took the time to explain everything we needed to know. We are truly grateful for their assistance and guidance. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond! We were delighted to discover a wide variety of lovely fish at the fish place. Additionally, the store offers an excellent selection of fish-related products, all at reasonable prices. It's great to see such a comprehensive range of options available in one place. Looking Forward to Returning, once our pond is ready for fish, we will definitely be returning. The positive experience we had during our first visit, combined with the helpful staff and impressive selection of fish and products, has made us eager to come back. We extend our gratitude to the fish place for providing such a wonderful experience. Thank you once again for your exceptional service. We can't wait to visit again soon!
Used to love shopping there. Unfortunately gone downhill with customer service not as good and knowledge lacking. 3 household's bought fish since January and all got massive whitespot outbreaks. Unhelpful response from staff means 3 customers won't be back. Shame as I usedto rate them highly.
Jack and James really took the time and effort to help me replace an item that had a 2 year warranty and had almost expired, I was missing my receipt as well. They dug the invoice up for me, made a few calls and managed to get an approval of replacement straight away for me. They went beyond my expectations. Thank you. What a team, keep it up
Based inside 'Palmers Garden Centre' it was a bit of a hidden gem, the guys especially Matt was very informative of all knowledge fish related but Inc how to incorporate new fish into my tank. I had basic knowledge going into fish keeping but he was definitely helpful, I plan on going back an getting more. Definitely a 10/10 (the image is my tank not 1 of theirs)
Has everything that you need for your pond or aquarium, the fish are good quality, and the staff are very friendly and helpful also very knowledgeable. The only thing is that they're not the cheapest shop, but you get what you want. We always use them.
