Lovely chemist. The shop has lots of good essentials in stock at a really good price. The staff are really polite, nice, patient, friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomend the pharmacy especially if you have a phobia of shops. Thank you so very much!
I described my symptoms to the senior chemist here and staight away he said, "thats Colonitis". I had been misdiagnosed by two doctors, thrown out of another chemist for being in pain and asking to use their toilet, and finally 111 had sent me to hospital where I have been for a week because I was seriously ill. The only medical professional before I went to hospital who diagnosed me correctly was the senior chemist at St. Stephens.
We had never used this chemist before, the one we previously used struggled to get our medication but St Stephens was able to get it. From that point on we have never gone anywhere else. All of the staff and owner are so lovely and friendly always welcoming and willing to help, the chemist is always clean & tidy. I would recommend anyone to come here for your prescriptions or even if you just a chemist to pick something up - you wont be disappointed.
St Stephens Fosse Road is quite simply the best pharmacy! My medication is always ready to collect when I call, and ALL of the members of staff are so pleasant and helpful 5 star pharmacy. P.s Thank you for your service to me over the years
The staff at the chemist are very friendly and they soon learn your name and always greet you with a smile. The Pharmacist always has time to talk if you have any concerns. It's clear that the ethos of this chemist is one of customer service. I am limited to 5* which is a shame as I would give so much more.

Very professional and friendly staff. Never had any issues with my medication for nearly 4 years of using this chemist. Once your face is known to staff, your repeat prescription is on the counter ready as you walk through the front door. They have even had my prescription there to collect 24 hours before my usual date as I was attending a funeral..
The resident pharmacist is experienced and professional. The staff are friendly. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the closing for lunch between 1-2 always gets me as I usually end up trying to get my prescription there or asking for it to be sent elsewhere where I don't have to negotiate around a lunch hour, this is a shame because I really do prefer their resident pharmacist for integrity, professionalism and experience over anybody else.
Good chemist but today I urgently needed my repeat prescription and the website said it was open from 9 till 1pm but it was closed. Looking at the info on opening hours later it said it was open also from 2 till 6pm today so I could have tried again but I only saw this tonight. The information was not clear. Tomorrow they are supposed to be open as normal, but further on it states hours may differ so now I am waiting for a call back from out of hours services through 111 to collect my medicine from a nearby chemist which is open till midnight!
