“We visited Boots Fosse Park 3 October 2025 and had an exceptional experience with Lizzy who works in the fragrances / cosmetics department. Lizzy came up to us and she was so friendly, helpful, polite and down to earth. We had a great conversation and she took her time to understand what I wanted and recommended some lovely products - of one which I bought there and then. Lizzy has such a warm, charming and sincere demeanour and you can tell she really loves her job which is selling great products with a genuine interest in the client. “Customer service, above and beyond. Purchased a bouquet of flowers from the florist counter at around 10am this morning. I cannot thank the lady who helped me enough. Not only was she knowledgeable but was more than happy to help me add additional flowers to the bouquet. When re-wrapping the flowers she was happy to change the wrapping to be more fitting for a funeral. She was extremely friendly and according to the badge on her top ‘new to the team’. The recipient of the flowers loved them and I am extremely grateful for the assistance of this staff member to help put a small smile back on my friends face after losing her mother. Sometimes the little things mean a lot so thank-you.”

“Occupies a large retail spot, but is run down and tired looking. Has a pharmacy too; the staff are friendly, professional and genuinely make an effort to get to know their patients. Many have gone above and beyond normal expectation to ensure my family always has the medications they need, when they need it most. Cannot commend the Boots Pharmacy staff highly enough.”

“this was our first port of call at the retail park. came here for my nizoral shampoo after i was unable to get it at tesco!! what a lovely boots. found what i needed, shop was very clean and tidy. the product i bought ended up being cheaper than advertised too! i actually can’t believe there are self scans here. very risky business, theft and shoplifting etc i imagine may be rife. thankfully there is some security here. there were 3 self scans and quite the queue, but we didn’t wait too long really. a fab experience!”
