    On 21 October 2025, I called to collect my wife's prescription. The assistant subjected me to a blatant case of racial discrimination. Despite correspondence to 3 people at Boots, I have not received any response. It seems that racial abuse to a white English person is acceptable. The dispensary muslim staff assistant should have been dismissed. The dispensary manager, Rabeeaa, should have been disciplined for not telling the truth. The store manager just kept out of sight. The company secretary has been in dereliction of their legal responsibility. I have contacted the customer service as advised by the owner. Hey presto, at the time of writing, no response! They display notices about customers abusing their staff but take no action when their staff abuse customers.

    The staff in the pharmacy lie. I order my prescription online and its sent into the store. I got a text from Boots the day after I requested my prescription from my doctor, to say they've received my prescription and they'll let me know when it's ready to collect. That's all normal and it's usually a day or two later that I get the 'ready to collect' text. I was waiting 4 days and was running out of my pills so I went into store and she told me that they had just received my prescription 10 minutes before I got there so I would need to wait whilst they put it together. I said I had got the text from Boots 4 days ago saying they had received it but she just walked away. I don't mind waiting but why lie about something unnecessary? I called my doctors to check when the prescription was sent and it was indeed 4 days prior. I've changed my pick up location now. If they can lie about something unnecessary like that then they will have no problem lying about other, possibly more serious, things.

    I just go in for deodorant because they carry aluminium free lines. Huge range of products. The queue for prescriptions can be ridiculous at busy times. Staff are helpful. Food is expensive but I think other products are comparable with other pharmacies. They have self service checkouts for the majority of products so you can get in and out pretty quickly as long as you don't want anything from the pharmacy.

    Couldn't believe the shop was closed at 7pm, when it clearly says open till 8pm!!!! More than appalling! Waste of 1.5 hour down the motorway. Boots, check your employees know what time they should work till!! Wednesday, 21st Dec. UPDATE: went again on 27th Dec and 4.54pm the security wouldn't let us in. I told him it took us 2 hours to get there and only because online Boots shop says they've got a particular Chanel item in stock! And he says, they don't have Chanel counter!!!! Boots you are the MOST AWFUL retailer. Congratulations! I wont be spending my money with you!

    Lots of cosmetics and beauty products ,I bought a perfume here and the staff were so kind and did a really great job of helping me pick out a perfume. They even happens to have designer perfume which is quite hard to find in stores in person.Definitely my new go to store for toiletries.

    Rubbish customer experience. I went there to use the weighting machine. After a very long and complex journey to get the coins that it accepts, and after a long time trying to understand how to use it, it said: machine is out of paper! I went to the lady ion the pharmacy to explain this situation, she wasn't helpful at all and without explaining anything, she refunded me the money and said, go check somewhere else! I understand that it was almost 10:30 morning and she may have a not so good morning, but she could ask for help from other people or at least explain the situation to me. I am not after the money I just want the service.
