   Same as any supermarket. Good offers with their loyalty card. Only good if something you need. Plenty of parking. Toilets. Various checkout options. Petrol station on site, both pay at pump or in shop.

   Free parking, lift in operation and stairs. Medium-sized store with staff that seem very tense for some reason. I've not really asked for help because most things are easy to find. It has an Argos inside, which is handy. I won't give it a perfect 5, but it's definitely a 4 if you need a few things to top up your main shopping. I don't think I would do my main shop here as everything is a bit more expensive than other supermarkets.

   This (Glen Road) used to be my supermarket of choice and the nearest to home. I decided to boycott it several months ago. My reasons: higher prices than most others, unhelpful disinterested and lack of staff. Empty shelves and a so-called reward scheme (nectar) that I find ineffectual and a waste of time. Many times i have responded to their surveys as a regular customer, both with good reviews and with constructive feedback, and never received a response. I have not missed shopping at sainsbury's and only use the store now in an emergency. I recently visited the Melton Rd sainsbury superstore as I was in the area. I looked everywhere for a smaller trolley and when I asked the security guard where they all were (as I find the bigger ones hard to manage ) After the briefest look outside, he said he didn't know, but that i could try the bigger ones. The store was dirty and shabby. Not happy with any of this service sainsburys. Tesco gets my vote every time.

   Limited and small store. Great for picking up a few little bits but wouldn't be able to do a full shop there. Handful of clothes rails and household items. Has a small argos inside, have used and was OK. Nothing special and extremely limited with stock.
