Wanted to leave a review to state that this has become the worst Boots in the entirety of Leicester within the space of a few months. The staff members are genuinely some of the most unprofessional people I have ever come across I’ve honestly been shocked. Young boys (three South Asian and one Black boy) running around the store chasing each other, talking about customers disrespectfully, and all wide-eyed when you ask for help, deciding which one of them can be bothered to verify your age on the self-checkout. It’s like a bunch of children have been hired, with clearly no management on site after 5pm. Furthermore, the two South Asian girls especially the one wearing a hijab have the worst attitude imaginable. When you ask if an item is sold out or available, she literally shrugs her shoulders and scrunches her mouth, clearly indicating a lack of care. There have been numerous complaints in the last few months, as seen in customer reviews about these same staff members, and it honestly doesn’t seem like anything has been done. Following my visits on Friday and again yesterday, I will be raising this with management via the customer service line. I can’t believe that just last week I saw three staff members giggling and chasing someone all the way outside the shopping centre suspecting they had stolen, absolutely ridiculous. Highly recommend to stick to gallowtree boots.

Went to buy some nappies and wipes for my little one today, around 17pm. the staff was a bit rude , saw me struggling as I was trying to put the big boxes of wipes and nappies away in my shopping bag, the machine kept showing error when I scanned my stuff, he had to come and use his staff access card to resolve the issue with the machine , he did help me to use my points on my boots card but it was as if I had bothered him when I asked him for help. And as I was taking a little longer to pack these big boxes away in my bag, he made me feel embarassed, "hey Bruh" pack your stuff on the till as other customers are waiting , instead of showing compassion and helping me out, he was rushing me and I felt he was very condescending. A request from this "Boots shop" please train your staffs on how to speak to your customers , a little compassion and patience go a long way, and not to address customers "hey Bruh" . He was tall , young South Asian staff, didnt quite catch his name or else I would have spoken to the manager directly.

Worst boots store ever. 1. Wrong price label. I found it when checkout 2. Bad service. the staff don’t believe me when I tell him that the price label is wrong. He come to see the label twice and finally tell me to wait for his colleague - a silver hair lady to help me. But they never come. She come to serve another lady who arrives later than me. We just stay there for a million year. I also complaint it to Boots official website.

Shame the lift is always out of service and the baby section is on the second floor! Fix your lift please as mums with prams are unable to pick up baby essentials! You are losing business.

Unfortunately had a bad experience here. The whole store was run by extremely young people very odd? Also they tried to over charge me for an item and when I questioned it they seemed to take ages to figure out the refund I was owed and it took 2 attempts to get it right! I had to tell them the amount I was owed as they didn't seem to be able to work it out. If I were the manager of this store I would be worried as I bet the sums don't add up. Personally I wouldn't shop in there again.
