This supermarket has really gone downhill, they rarely have the offers advertised, the staff always blame head office for problems, and the cafe cannot provide a meal with all items hot. The more card just gives you a few pence, you have to spend hundreds to get a fiver, not worth it. No one seems bothered - we will not be going there again.

Customer service, above and beyond. Purchased a bouquet of flowers from the florist counter at around 10am this morning. I cannot thank the lady who helped me enough. Not only was she knowledgeable but was more than happy to help me add additional flowers to the bouquet. When re-wrapping the flowers she was happy to change the wrapping to be more fitting for a funeral. She was extremely friendly and according to the badge on her top ‘new to the team’. The recipient of the flowers loved them and I am extremely grateful for the assistance of this staff member to help put a small smile back on my friends face after losing her mother. Sometimes the little things mean a lot so thank-you.

First visit to Morrisons Glenfield. Good selection of products at reasonable prices. Manned checkouts available too which is a major plus for our generation. Checkout staff very friendly which is excellent customer service. A few shelves lacking veg/fruit but all the same at the moment.

I love this morrisons. It's in the perfect location meaning I can easily get to it. They have little children's trolleys which my son really enjoys pushing around and having the responsibility of filling the trolley up. This definitely helps with keeping on track of getting the shopping done. The deli and home made food sections is wonderful and I do really enjoy buying bits from there. Especially the chicken tikka samosas!

Always shop at Morrisons right from when use to live in Leeds. There was a need for a store like Morrisons in the area as there was only a express Tesco which is expensive compared to their larger stores. Perking is great bays are big so you are not too close to other cars. The store is nice and items are displayed well. There is so much choice and do my weekly shop at Morrisons so much choice and variety. I am Glad we have a decent store in Glenfield much better than so called co-ops. Lots of overs and if you have the app you get money off and vouchers. Thank you Morrisons

Store is clean and nice, lots of variety and plenty of parking although extremely inconsiderate users majority of the time. If you have children you best option is to park in the quieter area to the rear and use the other entrance as the front is occupied by people "nipping in". It has small trollies for kids so makes it a more enjoyable experience.
