Con merchants what ever you think you are ordering and getting is different to what you get cheap versions that are no good
I would give them zero if I could ordered a product and they delivered the wrong one. No return instructions on the order or website phone line permanently closed and ignore my emails. Really dodgy company
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Chemist Direct - Lost £50 and No Customer Service I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Chemist Direct. I placed an order on June 17th, 2025, and as of today, July 14th, 2025, it has still not been delivered. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. My emails have gone unanswered, and after initially speaking with them, they have now stopped answering my phone calls entirely. The last time I did manage to get through, the representative refused to take any responsibility or even initiate an investigation into my missing order. As a result, I am now £50 out of pocket with no product and no recourse. This is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using this website. My experience has been incredibly disappointing, and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.
My recent order was delivered very quickly and was very well packaged. The value for money for branded goods is second to none. Thank you Chemists Direct please keep up your good work.

The bulk purchase of items which I can’t buy locally has made a large cost saving. The item dates are long enough to make it a 3 year supply. I shall be looking to see what other items I can buy in the future. Many thanks for the fast delivery.

I used the product (beard dye) in the prescribed manner and it didn't work at all so I emailed Chemist Direct over a week ago (the day after I received it) and asked if the dye had gone past the use by date (it doesn't appear on the product or packaging). I received an email back that day that Chemist Direct would check the warehouse stock but never heard any more???
Really satisfied with the overall service received. Had to call customer service who were really helpful; love the call back model you have which actually works! Also, the order was received in good time, well packaged; good value for money. I would use again.
