My little grandson, yougert and Banana fell on the floor, he was very sad, the two young lady's who was working, were so kind, they reassured him accidents happen, and made him a new one, which made him smile. Thank u both very much and for cleaning up as well, was very much appreciated. Thank u to the kind lady and baby who shared her wip

Love this store and has everything you need but a lack of whole foods from good quality. Mainly your big branded items full of UPF and artificial additives. The in store bakery, butchery and fishmonger are gone an most products have unnatural shelf lifes

One of the main appeals of this store was the in store bakery. The freshly made bread was delicious. Since they closed it, they are just selling frozen part baked bread that they heat up in store (in the same way the small Tesco express stores do) the breads crap. If I wanted a part baked baguette I’d by a pack of two for a quid and bake it myself at home. You’ve just lost a customer Tesco

Shopped here for 20 years but not any more. Yes, replace fridges and freezers if you need to, but no need to move everything around. I can no longer find what I need to. For example, now that bread is at the front of the store and the bakery entrance at the back of the store has closed, how am I supposed to flag someone at the bakery to have it sliced? It’s not thought out properly and whoever designed this new layout should be sacked.

Usually when I shop here it’s a pleasant experience. But today me and my partner came in for a food shop like we always do and when I went to buy a bottle of wine she asked for my partner’s ID as well as mine even though I was the person paying. She said it’s policy but when me and my dad come in and he pays they don’t ask for my ID? She then proceeded to scan the entire shop after saying ‘just a few items’. We continually asked why as it didn’t flag up on the screen and she blank face ignored us multiple times. I really like this store but that experience saddened me.

Firstly,if it was a fellow customer who handed my bank card in,I am truly grateful.I did not realise until I went to The Cafe to pay for my breakfast and drink that it was missing. The lady who served me is not very good at customer service and didn't seem too bothered about it.Manners don't cost anything.Did not even get a good morning.

Visited Tesco on 12th Dec.22 . My wife had to use the Toilet facilities and was totally disgusted at the condition No toilet seat on one and the lock missing on the other, and also looked like it had not been cleaned in days, Come on Tesco you can surely do better.

  2. Halal Encounter ★★☆☆☆

Very hard to find exactly halal products as available in some other stores around UK. Store itself filled with items and no empty shelves. Seem, need more tidy cleaning. Staff are but of grumpy faced, no smile. Even asked for help, rarely will get one. Isles are gloomy lit and seem boring brightness.
