Amazing staff! Staff were very friendly and the manager himself was very welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful such a humble man
Called me a shopper lifter as I have to put my basket and bag on the floor due to being physically disabled with online 1 arm I asked would they ask someone in a wheelchair to seach their bags they answered no and then told me I look like a shoplifter and wondered why I burst in tears when I have anxiety so I hate going shopping so this has made has set my anxiety off again
Lacks variety of vegan options and the meal deal vegan wraps are never stocked. Also the prices if you don't have a Clubcard are extortionate.
Would not recommend this place for one they overcharge..... in the sense that they charge for items not purchased...... add on extra of what you have bought.... do not expect to return a parcel here even though its advertised on the website of where I purchased from .... this store does not take QR codes or print labels ..... false advertising(tesco/Evri). No apologies from staff. Have reported and complained to the company advertising that they offer these services when they do not. Will no longer be using this store.

Visited today, I usually shop at the Tesco Express Lutterworth Road. This store sells the same produce at approximately the same prices however I won't do a revisit, it's not as good as the a Lutterworth Road store That is full of light,more modern with welcoming staff. This store is not very well set out,everything feels too close together. Some one needs to fix the shop air con it's so noisy You can hear yourself think. I feel sorry for the staff having to put up with that noise. Won't visit again unless I have to.
