   I have tried to return wrong item with receipt, the person in charge decided to not refund me because not sure of selling the item to other customers. Very "Cheap"mentality and very poor way to run a business! The choice of nappies in the shop is minimal, and try to return nappies seems a big problem for the owners? What a shame losing customers in this way...was explained to me that in ten years of experience this was the first time that this happens to them, well ..I have only one words after this; DISGUSTING
