   I've just had my flu vaccine at this pharmacy. It was probably the best vaccination experience, I'm nervous around needles and get dizzy and spotty vision afterwards. I explained this on the phone when the pharmacy phoned to confirm the appointment and they couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. During the appointment we chatted and I was allowed to sit for however long I needed. Amazingly there was no aching arm after the appointment. Will definitely use this pharmacy again for vaccinations.

   I took an emergency dentist prescription into here months ago as it was convient for me at that time! Someone in this pharmacy then signed me up for them to be my nominated pharmacy which I NEVER requested, myself and my doctors have changed this back to my usual nominated one and again it was changed back to fushion pharmacy as they keep requesting it!! ( when Ive asked fushion pharmacy they have denied doing this and said its cos I took a prescription into them, now there was a shortage of my childs medication and I used them and other chemist's yet that never changed for my child, probably because his had a stamp at the top saying our usual chemist, so they must be only doing this to dentist prescriptions) If this does continue then I shall be reporting you to the nhs as im disabled and cant be having this each month and ill also be including the unprofessional attitude of one of your members of staff towards me!!

   I have just had three rounds of travel vaccinations at Fusion. The team were all very friendly and accommodating. The process is great, you have a consultation where you’ll find out what vaccinations are recommended/required for each place you’re travelling to. We then arranged the dates and times of these vaccinations, ensuring they were done correctly and on time as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. They sent off my vaccinations to my GP to update my records too. Overall the process was efficient, and affordable.
