   Absolutely useless. Cannot express how many times this has happened. A repeat prescription done once a month and cannot be delivered on time. Always some excuse! Have been in and told them about this issue several times but they just lie to you and fob you off. They say they will even deliver this before closing and do they deliver. These people should not be responsible for the day to day running of people’s medical prescriptions. My grandma is a vulnerable lady and it’s absolutely appalling this issue continue to happen with no safety guards in place. Will be taking this matter as far as possible as this is becoming frustratingly repetitive. Dhruv you lied about delivering medication before your closing of 5pm! Your apologies mean absolutely nothing considering this happens every month. Pathetic management and lying staff!

   I visited this pharmacy today for the first time. It was a great experience. Firstly the shop has a really nice open layout .All different sections for items are clearly marked for you. The counter staff were friendly, approachable, and welcoming. I needed to speak to the pharmacist (Jankie, hope I've spelt that right) who was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and explained the process for the issue I had and explained clearly about the medication I was being prescribed. A thoroughly pleasent and informative team. Breda

   Excellent service. Travel advice and Vaccination. Unfortunately my GP appointment got cancelled so I looked this place up. I needed vaccinations before I traveled. Great reviews, I booked on the day, and vaccinated shortly after. Quick and professional. Highly recommend.

   The best pharmacy I've come across so far, they certainly care for their customers and take pride in their job. I went in today with my wife to get our vaccination, the pharmacist Jhanki was brilliant, my wife is so scared of needles and unfortunately she had to have 3 vaccinations. The Pharmacist was very patient and managed to get all 3 vaccinations done, well done! They were so accommodating that my appointment was at 11am and due to work commitments i could not turn up for the vaccinations till 5:30pm, 30 minutes before they shut but this was not a problem for them and they also called approx 3pm to check if we could still make it. We will definitely be using this pharmacy again, all the staff are very good and very helpful, today was the first time in years going to a local pharmacy i actually experienced a pharmacist who knows the meaning of customer service, otherwise other places I've been they are always behind the computer (not sure what they do) and never smile or even approach any customers to willingly help unless forced to speak to a pharmacist. Keep it up guys, continue to interact with your customers with such wonderful service. Thank you

   Great chemist always friendly. They know their stuff!!! They always bend over backwards to help and often get meds in if they have none very fast you hardly wait more than a day. Today's visit of writing this i was greeted with a friendly smile. This chemist if they get things in sale they pass on to the customers and not just keep to the high norm prices. 5 stars is not enough as they deserve more.....
