   I attended the Champion of Champions tournament at the Mattiolli Arena in Leicester, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was electric, the setup was professional, and the production quality made it feel every bit as polished as the major international events I’ve followed. With the snooker heading from Nanjing last week to Riyadh next week, it’s brilliant to see Leicester holding its own on the global stage. The arena was easy to navigate, the sight lines were excellent, and the crowd energy really elevated the evening. If Leicester continues hosting events of this calibre, it has huge potential to establish itself as a key destination for top-tier snooker. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back.

   We came for a snooker event. Snooker itself was good. But.... 1) we paid for allocated seats then was told to sit anywhere (someone had taken our seats) 2) couldn't bring my own water in. Had to buy theirs. 3) card only payments, no cash accepted 4) Security was ridiculous not able to agree with each other when we could take our seats. Not planning to return to here, it spoiled the event

   Went to the world grand Prix of darts. Beer was expensive. Arena was clean and eventually was really well organised. Security was good and obvious. Seats were comfy enough. Atmosphere was electric. Toilets were clean and there were lots of them.

   Good sized venue for watching the darts tournament. The layout worked very well and the tiered seating offered good views of the action and we felt we were part of it (compared to some venues). Could have done with more loos, floors were sticky and the food and drinks prices outrageous.

   The arena was easy to find and well maintained. I was there with my podcast at a comic con event, and access to set up was a breeze. The gents toilets were pretty basic and a little tired but the rest of the venue was great, it would be a good place to attend other cons or watch some sports, if I lived in Leicester I'd probably be there more.

   Came to watch the basketball again and I've got to say this is the best sporting location / event for young families. The whole environment is very friendly and welcoming and the players all sign autographs and do photos with the kids after the games. Small selection of merchandise available on game days and a bar with drinks and snacks. Cheerleading in-between play, t-shirt giveaways and a 'chuck the duck' game. Highly recommended coming here
