We booked a toddlers birthday party package at boost Leicester . Our party host MUSA made sure the day went seamlessly. He was also a natural with the kids! Thank you Musa for making today such a memorable day for our little man.

I attended boost Leicester ‘summer beach party’ after attending a ‘neon party’ back in May and my experience couldn’t of been anymore different. From when we arrived Tables were full of rubbish and dirty plates/cups. We had to clear our own table to sit down. A worker did come up and started clearing tables after a complaint was made but even then it resorted into parents helping. The cafe waiting time for a drink was 25 minutes because there was one guy serving and after being served I found my coffee was cold. There were no spoons for hot drinks, so had to resort in using a knife. All additional items from the food menu were refused due to there only being one member of staff in the kitchen. The hotdogs which you get as part of your package were requested from 6:30 and were eventually received at 7:54 the closing time was 8. Not only that it states online that we would have members of staff playing ‘summer games’ with the children and most of the time not one member of staff was visible. In total 4 members of staff to the ratio of 50 children isn’t good enough and doesn’t meet health and safety regulations. The 4 members of staff did the best they could but simply couldn’t accommodate for the amount of people. They were also very apologetic about how disastrous the evening was. What was advertised definitely isn’t what we got and the experience definitely wasn’t a pleasant one. I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!

Wow I am absolutely shocked! We come here often and tonight has been beyond a joke! We bought into the ‘Summer Beach Party’ night and it is nothing like advertised. There are no games, nothing beach themed as stated, no beachballs, vibrate colours or tropical vibes! Most disgustingly though there are no staff!!! How this is allowed is beyond me because it must be a major health and safety breech! I dread to think what would happen if a child got hurt! There isn’t anyone on the trampolines with the children supervising, there’s no one in sight to ask for help. There isn’t any one on the reception desk, I went to try and complain and it’s like a ghost town. I poor little girl ran in shouting ‘help’ looking for a member of staff and there wasn’t anyone around at all, she then left herself in the little gate and was running up and down where the till area is!!! I had to step in and help her. There is one young man running the cafe bless him, he is absolutely overran! How he hasn’t had a mental breakdown I’ve no idea! The wait for a drink is minimum 45minutes because the poor boy is on his own. They haven’t even got bottled water available because I imagine they haven’t been able to restock anything. They have had to refuse food orders because they can’t physically cook food they are so understaffed so anyone that thought they’d have dinner while out can’t actually eat anything. The kids hot dogs which are included in the ‘party’ have just come out 25minutes before closing. All tables are full of food/drinks/rubbish, Members of the public are clearing and cleaning tables and taking things back to the kitchen and spraying the tables and wiping them. You had to clean your table before you could even sit down, it was like this when we walked in so I imagine they’ve been short staffed all day. The toilets are unusable, filthy dirty, toilet paper everywhere and the toilets all blocked. Unfortunately with it being late on a Friday evening we are unable to contact anyone however I will have to report this to trading standards on Monday as this place is so unsafe it should not be open in these circumstances and I am certain it isn’t safe for the children attending. Boost should be ashamed of themselves, not putting on even remotely enough staff to cater for an event such as this! It has been heavily advertised so you would have been well aware of the possible large turnout. You have put your staff through so much stress I would be surprised if they return after today’s shift and they certainly need a pay rise because what ever you’re paying them isn’t enough for what they’ve dealt with today. Staff I would honestly ring UCAS and have a chat with them about this, I imagine you don’t have a union here so UCAS will help you. Please call them because this isn’t okay. Most importantly the safety of your customers should be paramount! The children are not supervised, it is not safe and if there was an accident there isn’t any staff to assist. I would like my money refunding at the very very least and I think if you want to keep any kind of return business from customers that have attended this evenings ‘party’ then you should have the decency to refund everyone that attended and in addition to this a free return visit for when you have got yourselves sorted out, are properly organised and adequately staffed so people can see that you have made changes and are keeping their children safe and looking after your own staff too. I honestly think this is the only way you will even get people to step foot in the building again.

Me and my friend had a phenomenal time at this venue, enjoying the different trampolines that are spread all over! Activities like jumping into a foam pit, trapeze and rock climbing are also here, where we were welcomed by friendly staff at the reception. We took advantage of the offer for socks and a hot drink as part of admission; I had a cup of tea and the staff showed me to the tables where I could keep it during the session!

Edit: Thank you so much for our gift voucher was a lovely surprise. The kids can't wait to come back for some more bouncing fun xxx Had a great afternoon with the kids at boost. We were so lucky that we got the entire place to ourselves. Lovely staff so friendly. Reasonable prices on par with all other trampoline parks. Free parking. Great disabled access with lift to Upper level where there is a nice coffee bar. Everywhere was nice and clean.

Nice place for child fun. Looks like need to be organised a bit better, but nothing bad generally. Will be happy my children to pop in again soon. Will recommend for sure- children with have a fun and parents Will have few "free" hours. Car parking is very useful. Communicative place to get with public transport as well.. Also good point is that parents can be very close to playing child and can control them.

What a transformation. Giant new light arena which is great fun for kids and adults (though I’m always a kid at heart) Definitely more things for the older kids now as well and the kids were kept busy for hours. Great friendly staff and lovely food in the cafe as well. All around a great experience

Nice to do something different with the kids. Kids live it. Would be helpful if they had more sessions for autistic/SEN children. Difficult for non verbal autistic child to understand and comply with rules. New softplay area can only be used for a few minutes but kids can go in again. Parking available and food can be purchased on site. Need those boost socks too.
