Helpful friendly staff, and the place has the most amazing stuff, whether ure into crochet,knitting,painting,baking you name it and ull find it there,just found it a little over priced
They have a massive amount of craft supplies it’s a really good shop but I must say there is a little bit of expensive products but there is also quite a few cheap ones this shop is really good for parents to get there children art supplies to increase there imagination!
Pretty good range, but quite a few gaps on some of the shelves & lots of muddled up products (knitting needle sizes, thread colours etc) so be careful & double check what you're buying (And customers, please don't muddle up the embroidery floss!)
Went with my two children with their friends for the clay animal class today and was surprisingly pleased to see my 8yo and 12yo were happy walking out with their little art work. Thanks for the teacher’s patience and had a fun morning class.
Great range of crafting materials. I crochet so buy all my wool here. Prices are reasonable and staff are always willing to answer questions or make suggestions. As I have a loyalty card registered with them, I received a £5 voucher that I could use in store for my birthday. This was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

I love the Yarn and wool so many colours. I did a crochet course with my neices. And it was nice and so helpfull. The 2 hours went so quick. I would do another workshop in the future
Great place with really nice staff. My daughter loves her arts and crafts and goes in and spends her pocket money in here and they always go out of their way to help make her feel really grown up. Hobbycraft is quite an expensive place on the other side of it but that is well known. Quality of the products is great and to take a child in here it instantly sets off their creative flow.
So so helpful. The female member of staff helped me and my son find everything we needed, I didnt catch her name but her daughters a teacher and she was just fantastic. I wanted a teepee for my new class, so they could have a quiet spot and was able to get that and everything else I needed. Thank you so much for your help. :-)
