My children have been coming here for years for their swimming lessons, can't fault the swim teachers and how much my children have progressed. Not fond of the female changing rooms, lack of showers and sometimes the changing rooms smell of urine.
Took my kids swimming on sat. Changing rooms very very dirty. My 14 year old son refused to change and use the pool. Floor was very dirty look like its not been cleaned for weeks. Shower area also very dirty water in the exis area of the changing room was full of dirty. Sorry but as a service provider basic cleaning is a must.
Swim instructors are good however the actual pool area and changing facilities are awful, it’s really grubby. Looks like it’s never had a clean or seen any bleach. We go twice a week and have never seen it cleaned, the same dust is there each time. Makes you feel dirty being in the changing room

All this stars belong to staff. All staff members are amazing. No fault at all. But coming to gym, no where near to other gym. Most equipment are out dated. Only one person I see cleaning gym is Michael. He always gives his 100% to his job. One of the most rubbish showers I’ve ever witnessed. I only use this gym because of convenience and good parking. They do have amazing 5star staff. Thanks for being best.
My regular gym and Badminton court! Very use to this place. Memberships can be slightly expensive but other than that it is a very great place to go. Very accessible and easy for gym beginners to use as well.
No one ever answers the phone at the reception desk! Have been no.1 in the queue for the last 60 min, this is a daily occurrence. It’s a joke, they need more staff on the desk, this is appalling customer service! The place also needs a deep clean, recently it’s been reeking of really bad urine. Makes me want to avoid the changing room altogether. If you don’t have enough staff to run the place then close the centre until you do! The huge hygiene issues need to be addressed. It never used to be like this.
What a disgusting place the whole swimming area stinks of urine. The facilities need a deep clean. The area around the pool is even worse all dirt in the grout looks like it needs jet washing I make my daughter wear crocs. Also charge you 10 extra if god forbid the dd doesn’t go through they won’t try to take the money just charge you £10 which is disgusting as a single parent in a cost of living crisis. The swimming instructors are great but the rest of the staff are rude and have no compassion. They need to invest in a cleaner. Maybe people wouldn’t mind paying the extra 10. £35 swimming lessons for my child this month right before Christmas and the woman didn’t care at all. As a single parent it’s disgusting
I have been trying to ring reception to book my child in for swimming lessons at different times all week. 1 have been in a queue that never went down for 30 minutes each time. There must not be anyone on reception. Very poor service. This should be a council run facility for our community. This is not a good enough service being offered.
