Lovely experience here today (27/12), the store is large and well set out, offering a variety of goods and pretty much anything you could need! The staff are friendly and polite throughout the store and on the tills. Usual B&M prices, but also a lot of promotional items (i grabbed two carpet foams for £2, instead of their usual price and same for the cotton buds) Even though the store was quite busy the aisles were still stocked and tidy , the experience was fantastic and would highly recommend.

Visited B&M Festival Park last Friday and had an excellent experience despite the pouring rain. I bought a Flogas Butane gas bottle and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Two team members even came out to the garden centre with me in the rain and reassured me while we waited for the person in charge of Flogas. One member of staff also offered to take the gas bottle to my car, though I said I was fine. Friendly, approachable and willing to help even when busy and in bad weather — truly outstanding service from this branch!

The store itself is quite large and has some interesting products however I was really really not impressed the way one of the supervisors spoke to the gentleman that I was speaking to, very very rude and unnecessary, we were stood near the door at the time. I'm sure you know who you are. your manners need addressing, very unprofessional. I for one would not stand to be addressed in that manner and I'm sure you would not like to be addressed in that manner..... Update.. looking at the reviews on here it seems to be there is a constant issue with customer service from certain individuals I wonder if we are all referring to the same person!!? Did I just read somewhere that the shares for this particular company have just dropped dramatically?

Young man on the checkout pointed out the two boxes I had only had one lid. Thank you to him !!! Two women called to get the correct item off a high shelf were completely hopeless. I can move quicker and I’m old and I’ve just had a hip replacement.

Lots of choice. Able to use my buggy and my dog was in her basket on the front. I was able to take her inside with me. This is a necessary requirement when you are disabled.

It's a pretty good discount store, some good electrical items and some nice things for the garden.

Love going to B&M for some bargains especially around Christmas time. Got most of the things on my list and no issues experienced.

It's quite good, very big but sadly it's not too well labeled unlike other B&Ms.

A shop where you can buy something for breakfast, a toy for a child, a good beer, a bathroom cabinet and a paint brush. Oh ... and something else for the garden! I recommend! ;)
