Unbelievable experience! A truly exceptional stay! The hotel’s elegant design, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities created an unforgettable experience. Our suite was beautifully appointed with stunning views, and every detail—from the plush bedding to the personalized touches—made us feel pampered. The on-site dining was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a flawless visit. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, not amazing, not terrible. Fits its 3 star rating well. As a family of 3 we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent throughout our stay. Food options for adults were incredibly limited and very expensive but I expected this, so it didn’t really affect our stay in any negative way. Evening shows were great fun and my little one really enjoyed them. They are simple and basic but for toddlers and young kids they will love it. Got to meet some characters and get some pics which was good. Rooms were incredibly spacious and the theming was great. Feel like it needs a refresh though as looked a little dated throughout. Breakfast was very average and food was travel lodge esque buffet style and quality. Again didn’t really affect our stay as I half expected it and having stayed in many a travel lodge with work, I have become accustomed to it! The hotel gift shop is incredibly expensive so be warned about taking your kids in there as you will be parting money for some over priced toys and sweets etc. The room alone is not good value for money but when you factor in the evening entertainment/ shows and the general ‘magic’ of the character theming it’s probably justifiable to spend £220-£400 per night depending on which room/suite you book. Would definitely return as my little one really loved it.

We took our baby girl for her first birthday and stayed two nights in an In the Night Garden room. It was the best time of her little life and there for me, too! The hotel is perfect for little ones, so baby friendly with so much thought gone in to the design. Including travel cot, baby bath, bottle warmer and nappy bin in the room. The lobby itself was interactive and magical and my little girl was blown away to bump into her two faves - Upsy Daisy and Iggle Piggle doing a meet and greet in the hotel. Parking was easy, plenty of it and right in front of the hotel which is great when you’ve got a car full of baby supplies. Breakfast is very good and they do veggie sausages on request. Evening food was lovely one night but not so good the second. Tiny tots menu was very good. Drinks and food were expensive, but that wasn’t really a surprise as this is the case with most resorts like this. I’ve been singing the hotels praises to any parent who will listen and we will definitely come back when our daughter is older and the Bluey ride is open. Only negatives (or just something to mention) is that the signage in the area (Alton towers area) generally is pretty poor and sometimes misleading/confusing, but it’s easy to find a member of staff to ask for directions when needed. Special shout out to Sam on reception who answered all my questions before we arrived and was super helpful. Thanks for calming my first time mum nerves!

From the moment we arrived were greeted by cbeebies characters and the initial staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately the check in was not as smooth as it should have been. The automatic check in machines didn't work taking our deposit but not dispensing our key, this was quickly rectified by the reception team. The hotel is well themed and very secure. The security doesn't allow for anyone not staying in the hotel to enter. This gives a great sense of security with the little ones running around. Like the hotel lobby and recreational areas the rooms are very clean and well themed. The little one loved it. The restaurant was clean and the food was very good for a resort hotel. On the first night we both had adult meals, which was huge! My wife and I had children's meals on the second night and they were more than enough for us. Overall we had a great time here, but it is very expensive.

The CBeebies Land Hotel I can safely say is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It more than fits its purpose and provides little ones with a fantastic experience throughout their stay. Honestly have only amazing things to say. So colourful, clean, well thought out and amazingly staffed. Our stay has been the best we could of possibly wished for and more. So glad we chose to visit. The staff have been so attentive, and must mention Olivia at reception who has given us the best customer service we have received. A true asset to the hotel. She was just so happy to help us. I’m going on a bit I know but honestly so happy with the hotel. Anyone who is considering visiting with your little ones, if into CBeebies will be beyond happy. Well played CBeebies hotel really well played.

Came for a day visit and honestly was the best day ever my children 3&4 loved it so much they ask nearly everyday if they can go back! The best part wasn’t just the kids enjoying it it was also enjoyable for adults too! So all family was involved I would definitely go back I’d love to stay at the hotel but unfortunately a little pricey but was a great day!

We stayed at the cbeebies Hotel for 1 night last week. I took my 3 year old, and my friend took her 2 year old and 9 year old. Fun for all ages. Staff were so friendly, rooms were so good. Food was a little over priced but it was good quality. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

This hotel was just amazing, from the decor, the staff, the characters and the rooms. Thank you so much for a wonderful nights stay with our little girl for her second birthday. George on the main doors is an exceptionally lovely man who took time to chat to us and fuss over our daughter, he even gave her an Alton towers teddy bear, thank you George. The food was great both evening and breakfast with lots of choice for even the fussiest of eaters. Thank you so much we will be back again!
