   What an INCREDIBLE trip. Staying at the Ecopods with a bunch of mates around the fire is probably the most relaxed I'll ever be. There's a certain level of peace a person can only discover by sleeping in an isolated field surrounded by local wildlife. This is my second visit and the addition of the pizza oven plus dining area is top notch move from the owner. Always nice to see a craftsman take pride and build onto what was already a fantastic site. Communication with our host was transparent and fast. He made us feel super welcome and delivered 100% on any queries we had. All in all, a great time. Can't wait to visit again.

   Just got back from an utterly beautiful weekend at this site. Extremely peaceful location, beautifully built and kept eco-pods with all the essentials (including gas, electric and hot water). Gives you a proper sense of going back to nature! Did not want to leave! All the pods were built by the owner and you can really tell how much heart has gone into it all! Had an awesome first night making pizzas in the Settle, using the hand-built wood fired pizza oven! Absolute quality all round, would fully recommend!

   Absolutely beautiful site and pods! The site is so well looked after and very peaceful. The pod was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I really liked the newly built settle area and the pizza oven meant we were able to make homemade pizzas and eat like queens! 10/10, could not recommend this place more! The perfect place to go for a nature filled getaway ✨

   Just spent an absolutely magical weekend at Ecopod holidays! We went with a group of friends and booked the whole site out for a fairy themed birthday party. Craig (owner) has just built a pizza oven which he showed us how to use and we made delicious wood fire pizza two of the nights. About 20ish mins away we booked onto some water sports at carsington water which was so fun and beautiful. There also some nice pubs, walks nearby, some of the group went to Alton towers which was really near by. Aldi and a Starbucks not far away either maybe 20-30 mins? We didn’t get time but when we come back next year Craig told us about a cute town called Ashbourne with some nice shops and places to eat. All the pods were unique and cosy. The settle which Craig told us was new was a great space to hang out especially when it’s raining. We spent most of the time hanging out by the communal fire pit, but each pod also had its own fire pit and picnic benches. There was also a ping pong table which was great fun. I can’t express how gorgeous the site as too, felt very back to nature and there’s loads of amazing wildlife and even spotted a few birds of prey! Craig was super accommodating and there when we needed anything. Great host and lovely site. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you!

   Absolutely beautiful site in a gorgeous location! The pods are fantastic, well equipped and have super comfy beds too. Hot showers on site and an indoor space to retreat to if it rains makes this the ideal spot for a celebration or a peaceful escape. Highly recommend and hope to be back! ✨

   Shared a wonderful weekend here with friends. Nicely remote place with beautiful views but close enough to shops etc. Perfectly sufficient facilities for couples and family groups. Amazing green space to spend some time in! Make sure you follow the long-drop toilet rules!

   Stayed for my friends birthday, Craig was absolutely lovely and the ecopods were fantastic! We were lucky with good weather but each ecopod had their own fire / heater inside so even if it had been colder we would have still been content! Loads of room for each guest, I had the pleasure of staying in Little Holly which was a smaller ecopod with a shower inside and it’s own toilet too. The field was immaculate, well tended to and there was just loads of space for us to enjoy, not to mention the games and fire pit where we spent most of our time. Thank you Craig!

   Excellent getaway with lovely views. Really relaxing place to stay, great for couples and families. Kids love to play in the closed field. It's dog friendly as is the pub adjacent. Would recommend a trip to recharge batteries and enjoy the country side.
