“Me and my housemates had a great experience living here. The property was in a great location (shops, train station, and bus stops all in walking distance) and the rent was very reasonable. Sami, the landlord, was friendly and always quick to respond to our calls and fix any issues we had, with great communication throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this property to students.”
“Amazing staff! My doggo adores it hear. They understand what doggos (and they're owners) need to feel comfortable away from home. Cannot recommend enough!”
“We booked a spa day for four of us in November and loved every second. The facilities were immaculate, spacious and varied. There was so much to do and most importantly, the spa wasn't packed ridiculously full so you could actually enjoy it. The drinks, food and service were all great and the treatment was fantastic. Genuinely couldn't fault the team working and the spa itself, it was beautiful and the team were constantly walking round tidying blankets etc. and as you couldn't reserve the large beds, there was always availability too. I think the one slight issue (and this is being really picky) was that there was nowhere for the towels to dry so they ended up soaking wet by the end of the day but it's the smallest issue and didn't affect our enjoyment of the day at all. We're already looking at a date to come back.”
“Went for my viewing today the lady who showed me around was brilliant. She explained everything perfectly, if I didn’t understand anything she took her time with me to make sure I understood everything. Such an amazing person especially when it my first time viewing properties.”
“What a wonderful stay we had at The Tawny. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted somewhere special, where we could relax in nature. The meet and greet was great with Darren taking us to the Glade shepherd hut.A charming guy and extremely friendly. The service throughout was attentive but unpretentious We were particularly impressed with front of house during our 2 evening meals in the Plumbicorn restaurant. A very special location with very special service.Thankyou. Lynda and Martin Moulds”
“Needed hotel as visiting family near by, this was in an excellent location. Alsager is a lovely town, we visited a lovely bakers and had a lovely lunch. Also pubs and couple of restaurants nearby for evening meals. If you like national trust, there's a quaint place called Little Morton Hall worth a visit. The hotel was run by lovely people, and the breakfast can't be faulted. We will definitely stay there again”
“We were lucky enough to spend the day at Trent House yesterday. We were greeted with a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. There is a real business buzz about the place. The team are fantastic and the space is lovely. Highly recommend if you are looking for meeting or office space.”
“Very delicious, authentic Thai food set in a beautiful pub-like setting (if you're looking for pub food, that would be at the Talbot pub next door). The food appealed to both first timers and fans of Thai food. Service was exceptional, and they were dog-friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.”
“Hired a Luton van today. Their customer service for resolving an issue was first rate. I highly rate this company. Will be recommending them to all and sundry. Other companies in this sector could learn a lot from Afford. Staff professional, helpful and consultative.”
“Very nice canal side pub with proper prices not a rip off”
“What can I say I bought my new home through Belvoir. Cheryl was simply amazing. She was there every step of the way and I’m not the easiest person to deal with. All I can say is if you want to sell your home with honest people contact Cheryl !!!!”
“Becky Evans has been extremely professional, approachable, and supportive throughout the letting process. She was always quick to respond to my queries, kept me updated at every stage, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel much smoother. Her friendly and efficient approach made a real difference, and I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to help me. I would highly recommend Becky to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting negotiator.”
“Although it's a hotel it's also good old fashioned local with a good selection of beers and very friendly staff”
“Lovely small animal hotel. Our bunnie is always amazing looked after, and we loved our mid holiday undate on his antics”
“we stayed in the triple bed room for two adults and child, clean room and bright with bathroom, all self service, code at the front of the accommodation and a code at your room door. Slept well in the massive comfortable bed.”
“We went for a sunday dinner today and I have never had a better sunday lunch in my life. There was 3 of us and we shared a sunday lunch board. Great portions, fantastic selection of veg on the board with succulent ham and the best pigs in blankets i’ve ever seen. Words cannot describe how good this meal was, if i could vote it 11/10 i would. Big shoutout to the chef Ryan who did a fantastic job.”
“We took our baby girl for her first birthday and stayed two nights in an In the Night Garden room. It was the best time of her little life and there for me, too! The hotel is perfect for little ones, so baby friendly with so much thought gone in to the design. Including travel cot, baby bath, bottle warmer and nappy bin in the room. The lobby itself was interactive and magical and my little girl was blown away to bump into her two faves - Upsy Daisy and Iggle Piggle doing a meet and greet in the hotel. Parking was easy, plenty of it and right in front of the hotel which is great when you’ve got a car full of baby supplies. Breakfast is very good and they do veggie sausages on request. Evening food was lovely one night but not so good the second. Tiny tots menu was very good. Drinks and food were expensive, but that wasn’t really a surprise as this is the case with most resorts like this. I’ve been singing the hotels praises to any parent who will listen and we will definitely come back when our daughter is older and the Bluey ride is open. Only negatives (or just something to mention) is that the signage in the area (Alton towers area) generally is pretty poor and sometimes misleading/confusing, but it’s easy to find a member of staff to ask for directions when needed. Special shout out to Sam on reception who answered all my questions before we arrived and was super helpful. Thanks for calming my first time mum nerves!”
“Nice rooms and great staff, couldn't be more helpful. After moving the mother-in-law into her new flat, she couldn't stay that night. So we checked her into a this Premier Inn. The 2 ladies on reception, Rosie and Hannah couldn't have been more helpful! They were great with my mother-in-law and set her mind at ease. What great customer service.”
“Fabulous rooms. Modern and clean. Food was good. Was on group booking, and was a little restricted to what we were told, but main course was tasty. Drinks as expected, but Lottie made some great suggestions and banging cocktails. Nice to see her have enthusiasm and hospitality skills to adapt to different customer needs. Well done”
“I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Martin & Co Hanley. From the very first enquiry they have been nothing but kind, professional and incredibly helpful. Renting property can sometimes feel stressful but they made the whole process smooth and easy. Everyone was friendly and approachable. Special thanks to Kim who was making me feel completely supported every step of the way. Many thanks.”
“Ok so this place surpassed my expectations. I got married here 30 years ago and my city has suffered since. The hotel has changed hands a few times since and I wasn’t expecting much but it really was great. It’s a big hotel. The rooms are huge. It’s been very well redecorated throughout. 2 small complaints 1. Lift is a bit tatty. 2. Ground floor lobby is like the land that ti forgot. Otherwise it’s a yes from me”
“Another Santa Sleepover and every year it doesn't disappoint! Our son is autistic and has additional complex needs, all of the staff are so understanding and helpful. Highly recommend The Secret Garden restaurant, the food was fantastic and you never had to wait long for the buffet to be refilled. Lovely staff, comfy beds, and great entertainment.”
“Another town another premier inn , this time the room ( prem + ) was massive well furnished comfortable and super clean , Leanne greeted to me and was a great example of how staff are the hotel and greeted me with a warm smile and explained everything i needed to know even went and got me some Hot Chocolate which you don’t actually get in the rooms ! Again loaned me an Apple Watch charger as I’d forgotten mine as I need it as I have an app to check blood sugar ! Perfect hotel and if Leanne is anything to go by the staff will all be wonderful too”
“We had a great time at the Splash Landings hotel. The location with water park onsite, and proximity to the park is excellent. Minor gripes that the weather was roasting and the little fan in the room was barely adequate, it may be an idea to improve the cooling facilties within the hotel. I also wonder why they provide some entertainment at night, but take hour long breaks in between, so people rarely sit and wait for the next one. Why not just have a full evening of entertainment, there are hundreds of guests and I'm sure it would be popular.”
“This was a great Holiday Inn to stay in to break up a journey from the north to tge south. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on reception and the food area were extremely helpful. I was struggling to open a packet of cereal, a member of staff noticed, went to the kitchen to get scissors and swiftly returned to open the packet for me. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn, it is very good value.”
“Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean. Me my partner and our children stayed and it was so cozy. The staff are always polite and help with whatever you need. There are multiple shops within 5 minute walks from here and there are also multiple parks within 10-15 minute walks away.”
“Lovely staff and a nice welcome. Rooms really clean and tidy. Older style but so much more space than the new one we stayed in last night. Excellent”
“Outstanding Team. Jo's understanding of the market and pricing was spot on, plus her advice on how to make our house look it's best was so helpful. Jayne managed the negotiations to give us a great outcome. Whole heartedly recommend Hunters Stoke”
“Pleasant overnight stay on way to Alton Towers from Scotland. Will use this stop-over again. Despite rating of 2*, the travel lodge was staffed with helpful, polite, friendly, courteous staff who were on hand for all our questions, including local weather reports! Met all the needs for an overnight stay. Entrance, hallway, reception and room were all clean and tidy.”
“Very very helpful ladies who helped us immensely when booking our holiday. Very knowledgable about the area to which we were travelling, even writing down several places they recommended to visit. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again”
