Lady at Front desk very helpfully in helping booking me in on the website. Clean and quiet. Absolutely great value for money.

Basic travelodge. Would recommend upper floor room if you can climb stairs as ground floor room was noisy with heavy footfall overhead and staff talking outside very early in the morning. Staff friendly and helpful

Currently staying here. Staff lovely. Room so small you can’t swing a cat. It’s really outdated, two plug sockets in the whole family room, nightmare with kids and devices! Could live with all this but it’s absolutely freezing, the wall heater is ancient and blows ice cold air before eventually heating up. Not great with two children! Definitely wouldn’t stay again nor recommend

Lovely staff and a nice welcome. Rooms really clean and tidy. Older style but so much more space than the new one we stayed in last night. Excellent

Basic but clean rooms, amazing staff we had a problem with our booking and they sorted it for us very quickly, pet friendly. For the price you can't go wrong. Defo going again.

The rooms are basic as what you would expect to pay for the shower wasn't very powerful but everywhere was really clean. Only saw 1 member of staff. They were lovely. Having the Toby carvery next door great to have meals and breakfast.

Stayed at this travelodge a few times. THE rooms are cozy and clean. All facilities in the room are typical company standard. Can only get continental, which is poor and very expensive for what you get.. Most of the staff are very nice and polite. The location is ideal for Trentham Gardens which is about 20 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes in car. Ample parking here and its free,, not like most travelodgies. Good for families as there is a Toby Carvery on the same site. Good place to stay, however the rooms could do with updating with additional plugs and USB sockets.

Rooms clean, bed comfortable. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. We ordered a Chinese for delivery, provided plates and cutlery with no issues. Ideal location for us as visiting family, nice Toby pub next door ( don't even have to walk outside to get to). Overall highly recommended

Booked table for carvery for 7pm Sunday, table was nice, lady who waited at our table was very nice and helpful. However we were very disappointed in the carvery, you couldnt cut the beef let alone eat it, the Turkey was cut paper thin so dont think it amounted to one slice. The food overall wasnt hot enough and the Yorkshire pudding looked nice but wasn't, it was chewy and hard to swallow and hard to cut, so left it. There were chipolata sausages, so I asked for one and was told no as they are only for the king size plate! I thought that very petty, if they are on display you should be able to have them, otherwise they shouldnt be on display, they should ask the king size people if they want them! Its a shame as we were there in May and it was delicious so presume a change of chef?
