Nice modern hotel at Keele University. Well appointed rooms. Great breakfast. Great of you are at the University but couple of miles outside the town. 15 minutes walk to the events hall. They do charge for parking but it's only £3
Stayed here 3 times and every time it’s been perfect. Well priced, clean and good service. My only hope would be for more healthy breakfast alternatives like porridge
I had an excellent stay marked by extraordinary hospitality and genuine kindness from start to finish. The entire team was wonderful, but I want to extend a special thank you to Jonathan and James, who truly went above and beyond to make my visit a very positive and memorable one. Their attentiveness and warmth made all the difference. I’m already looking forward to returning in the new year. Highly recommended!
One of the best Marriott hotels in the UK. We have received an upgrade, staff was very attentive and polite. Room was huge and in very good condition. We had a few small issues which were resolved ASAP. Staff all throughout were what made this experience great. Food was great too. Location was fantastic. Definitely will visit again.
Nice hotel, ideally located if your travelling to one of the universities or into stoke / Newcastle-under-lyme. The rooms are clean and fairly spacious. The bed is comfortable, however the pillowd are not the most comfortable. The shower is not the best design, causing the floor to become wet, and the pressure is not great. Breakfast for £10 is okay, however the three mornings we ate there the eggs were visably under done. The staff we fairly helpful, overall not a bad hotel.
Fantastic hotel, really modern and something Keele Uni campus was waiting for so long! Parents and guests now can stay in amazing business class hotel with specious rooms and multiple amenities. Breakfast is great! Plenty of parking available.
I came across this hotel whilst visiting my fiance when he works away from home. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Restaraunt has a good atmosphere, good food, not excessively pricey. Service always excellent. Would recommend.
The room was nice, couldn't fault it. Unfortunately our stay was absolutely ruined when at checkout we were basically accused of eating breakfast and not willing to pay for it. Apparently staff members saw us going to the restaurant and eaiting breakfast in the morning while we could actually prove we were outside the hotel having breakfast and coffee somewhere else. The receptionist actually saw us leaving the hotel (somehow they remembered us being in the restaurant in the morning but not leaving the hotel). We did have breakfast the day before and purposely decided not to have it again because it was below average with very limited choice. Mistakes do happen but it is how the staff approaches it makes a lot of difference.
Fabulous hotel and staff very friendly. Carpets were dirty, such a shame as the room was great, bed comfortable. However are stay was ruined by unruly quests in a room nearby, woken at 5am by screaming and shouting and doors banging this was ongoing until we left are room at 7.45 am take an early breakfast and leave
Been a few times now and like it. We had a bit of an issue with the clean of our room on our second time - but staff sorted it really quickly and I was happy with the result. Shout out to Isabel on front desk - she’s amazing!
