   The hotel is nice and clean, the staff in general are good and the location was also good for me. The real downside was the breakfast. I arrived around 09:30 for breakfast (it closed at 10). The food had spent way too long under the heat lamp and was basically ready for the bin. The staff at breakfast did not seem as enthusiastic as the other staff and this let down an otherwise enjoyable stay.

   Hilton Garden inn - Stoke ST1 Nov 2025 I would like to thank the management, particularly the GM, for the excellent customer service and the professional attitude. I agree with most of the reviews the hotel is exemplar is of quality. The rooms are incredibly luscious and the staff are fantastic. As a former non-exact director, Pharmacy CEO, former independent chair with access usability group, I can qualify that I find the standards of this Hilton we’ll run, well led and service of great standard. Look forward to coming again! J

   Hospitality from the staff in the night were brilliant. I entered the hotel to see a few friends after 8 months of not seeing one another where we sat in the lobby and had a few drinks. The male behind the bar called Joe was very happy and engaged in good conversations. Very polite and professional. Very enjoyable and clean hotel with mellow music in the back ground. Highly recommended even if you're entering just to reunite.

   We had a good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Stoke-on-Trent. The property was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent, though the options weren’t quite as varied as at some other locations we’ve stayed at. It can be a bit challenging to drop off luggage since there’s no direct car access to the entrance. You’ll need to use the 20-minute parking area at the back of the hotel to unload. The main parking is across the street, but it’s very close, less than a minute’s walk. A real highlight was the laundry area on Level 1, with both a washing machine and dryer available for free (you just pay for the detergent). Overall, it was a good experience and a comfortable stay.

   Fabulous rooms. Modern and clean. Food was good. Was on group booking, and was a little restricted to what we were told, but main course was tasty. Drinks as expected, but Lottie made some great suggestions and banging cocktails. Nice to see her have enthusiasm and hospitality skills to adapt to different customer needs. Well done

   Was generally very impressed with my stay here. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, although the queue was a little longer than I would have liked but we were all done in less than 10 minutes. Once in the room though, it was very nice, everything was exceptionally clean and looked brand new. There were lots of useful USB sockets in the room for charging devices and the furniture looked quite cool and gave the room a "loft living" feel. I know a colleague of mine didn't like the open wardrobe, but I liked it. The bathroom was relatively large and was restocked daily with toiletries and towels although the shower wasn't hot enough or powerful enough for my liking. The parking situation was slightly strange. Instead of being next to the hotel, the car park was across the street, but to get to it you had to take a 0.5 mile detour round a roundabout and down some side streets. The bar area was very nice, it was stocked with a good selection of quality beers and had lots of nice comfy lounge furniture to relax on after a long day of meetings. Breakfast was nice and the selection was good and seemed fresh. The waffle maker was a highlight of the stay and was very easy to use (and despite what another reviewer said there was clear instructions next to the machine) and waffles with bacon and fried egg was a breakfast staple during my stay. The only real downside was the dinner, which whilst being cooked and presented well, took an absolute age to deliver. We had dinner in the hotel 4 days running and not once did I get dinner in less than 45 minutes after ordering. It wasn't enough really to take away from the other good points of the stay but it's probably something that is easy to fix to get better reviews.

   Very good facilities and very clean. Breakfast is good. There is room for improvement in the meals/ food offered at the restaurant (main reason for 4 stars), given the high standards of the hotel. Parking is slightly tricky to find at first, but convenient, actually opposite the hotel, once you spot it. In total, very satisfied and one of the best hotels in the area.

   Excellent hotel for quick stay. Nice, clean rooms. Mo and the night duty front desk staff were amazing! They helped out with a smile even though it was very late. When I came down at 5am they were again more then happy to help! Big thanks to Mo! My different time zone meetings went well because of him!

   Comfortable modern hotel. Good restraint. The ribs were excellent. To issues;(1) parking - difficult to find and not convenient to hotel arrival/departure - vehicle space even for first check in is not readily available- hope the new garage across the street will improve the situation when complete, and, (2) there was NO desk in my room. There was no effective way to work in the room. Very disappointing for a business oriented hotel. Otherwise a stay.
