Best stay we ever had, amazing view from out hotel room, staff where welcoming and friendly. We were comfy and really enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend eating ar Flambo's Jambo that is in the hotel we had amazing breakfast there but dont forget to book a table in advance
Absolutely smashing hotel!! Every staff member was polite and charming. The rooms are is excellent - spotless and as if they were built yesterday....indeed, the hotel looks brand new. Evening entertainment is fantastic and well worth hanging around for (I think they should make a bigger deal of providing this - what a treat for family based hotel). On site restaurant is great too and the arcade was great. Price was very reasonable. In short, a wonderful hotel for families :)
My room was very clean. I checked for bed bugs and dust, it passed nicely. - the bath/shower room need a grout change or deep clean around the shower creaves. - A huge need are bath mats, as the floor was soaked, i'm sorry I had to use the provided bath towels. I absolutely loved the free breakfast buffet, it had variety and catered for allergies , and it was always fresh and hot. - The evening entertainment was adorable the kids loved it. I would love to come again, there just needs some minor updates to the room, but overall it was a lovely experience
We had a great time at the Splash Landings hotel. The location with water park onsite, and proximity to the park is excellent. Minor gripes that the weather was roasting and the little fan in the room was barely adequate, it may be an idea to improve the cooling facilties within the hotel. I also wonder why they provide some entertainment at night, but take hour long breaks in between, so people rarely sit and wait for the next one. Why not just have a full evening of entertainment, there are hundreds of guests and I'm sure it would be popular.
We would have had the best time if only the rooms had air conditioning. It was unbearabley hot, and none of us slept properly. The gluten-free pizza and fries were delicious, and they were very knowledgeable about cross contamination. We would only return in the cooler months - never during spring or summer.
Splash landings hotel Alton towers. 5stars This place is one of a kind rooms are exactly what you would expect for a fun time at this hotel. Arcade for all family to enjoy plenty of tickets one and amazing gifts for all ages. Food was very well catered for and clean. Breakfast 5/5 Lunch) 5/5. was great pizzas pasta salads the normal lunch menu but was very well cooked Dinner. 2/5! Was all under cooked bad options Swimming pool was absolutely gorgeous fun and entertaining plenty food available seating area if you would like to relax then swim again. Plenty indoor and outdoor water slides. Best time will be spent in here. Staff were great and understanding Managed very well And cannot wait to go back.
A brilliant weekend of fun and frivolity with like minded people. Spacious family room. Restaurant ok. Buffet style, so not always hot food. Plenty on offer. Sadly they didn't do porridge. Sometimes cutlery was hard to find. Soup in one place no spoons. Spoons in desert area.
Fabulous stay here. A mix up with our room was dealt with really quickly. Reception staff were amazing! In fact all the staff we encountered were fantastic! The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the waterpark. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I can't wait to book again.
Very comfortable stay - lovely room with cute decorations, super convenient for multiple visits to the water park. We are super impressed by how serious the staff are with allergies and we feel that we are in safe hands. Overall a very happy short break!
An amazing stay. The hotel theme is wonderful. It felt as though we was abroad. The room had all the facilities we could have needed and more. It was very clean other than the fan which needed a little dusting. We ate breakfast and dinner at flambos jambo. It was expensive but great quality food. There is many other dinner options that you can choose from. We loved the arcade and the water park on-site. The evening entertainment was fun inside the bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were even making balloon art for the kids during meals. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.
