   Came to Hull for Anna Lapwood on the organ at City Hall. Came across your wonderful shop. Shaun playing piano when we walked in. He encouraged Colin to try a few guitars. Really welcoming so much so we went back the day after to tell him about the performance and Shaun had heard the organ the day before. A lovely man clearly in the right job. Best Christine

Just bought myself a bargain 2nd hand electric acoustic guitar while Shaun taught my 9 year old daughter Christmas songs on the piano.    I wanted to buy my first small amp for my first electric uke and after looking at their comprehensive website I had a question, so sent a chat message and immediately got a very friendly voice calling me belonging to a man named Shaun. He asked me a few more details and was sure they would be able to sort me out. He was right, when I arrived I asked for him, he remembered my name and what I was coming to look at. I got just what I was after. All the staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Well worth the 40 mins drive each way and definitely not my last visit to the shop!

   Absolutely excellent service. You can't beat face to face customer service especially when it's this good. You can't buy a piano without hearing it first. Shaun could not have been more helpful and gave us all the time in the world to think about it. No high pressure sales just friendly service. Placed the order, it came in quicker than expected and they even carried it to the car for me. Can't fault them at all. Perfect.

It’s so rare nowadays to have a store to visit with the instruments on show and you can have a go rather than searching online!
