I truly believe Richer Sounds to be one of the last bastions of impeccable customer service of any high street shop. Was given demonstrations and brilliant comprehensive advice on what kind of bookshelf speakers would suit my needs and space. The result is a purchase I am amazed by and a shop I have found myself recommending to everyone. Can't go wrong !
Had a great experience with these guys when buying a set of bookshelf speakers over the weekend. They provided me with some speaker cable for free, stripped it and provided me helpful advice. When I spoke to these guys, they were very genuine and friendly to talk to. The trainee managed to get me the best price, and is an asset to your team (I forgot his name). It has convinced me to shop with Richer Sounds again when the time comes to replace/upgrade my equipment. Thanks!

I called in today (8/11) and was approached by Paul who took so much time with me explaining about the various tv’s and best one for me . So walk in customers are ignored...went into have a chat regarding a sound bar but the guy was on the phone when I walked in not even a "one minute sir will be right with you " just walked in the back and was just ignored. The sign above the door reads proudly employee owned not for much longer with customer service like I received. Shame bought a few things from them I the past.
Over the years I have spent a mint in this shop,quality gear,knowledgeable staff and some bargains to be had.
Came in here for a recommendation of new bookshelf speakers. The staff are incredible. Very kind, patient and answered all my questions. I eventually bought some dali spektor 2 speakers. And a discount! Phenomenal store, I will now only go to them for my audiophile needs. Do not shop online, go into store! We’re all lacking places like these, and we will miss them once they go!
I came across these guys while browsing the internet for some new hifi equipment. I gave them a call and after a brief chat I went over for a demo session. They were terrific, informative without being pushy at all. The price was actually better than the internet so that combined with the customer service I bought there and then, I was so impressed that the following day I returned to demo some speakers and bought those too. Definitely better than any internet buying experience and they will now be my first port of call when requiring anything audio visual wise.
I was recommended by a friend to Richer Sounds in Hull. What service. A new Hifi system was purchased. Not all the equipment was available in store. Even though I had missed the Christmas deadline by a day I received the rest of the equipment by 9.30am the next day. Thank you to all
Not one for leaving reviews but have to be honest. The chaps in this store are fantastically talented and knowledgeable. They have a true passion for customer service. On top of that really nice and genuine guys! Purchased a quality sound system upon there recommendations and cannot fault it. I would like to personally thank you for all of your help and time.
