“What a wonderful time we had here yesterday for my grandaughters 7th birthday. All the children really enjoyed the experience, loved the alpacas.The barn was ideal for our party of 8 children. We took our own food and drink. Natalie was amazing and so lovely with the children. She provided hot water for the parents for a welcome hot drink after the walk.We thought the whole experience was excellent value for money too.If you are looking for something special and different then this is the place.Not suitable for people with mobility issues though to do the walk such as myself although the pygmy goats kept me entertained as I got the party food out.!! Sheep,goats,Shetland pony and a pig which the children fed too.Thank you.”

“Our stay at Green Meadows Park was absolutely perfect! My wife and our dog just spent the most amazing, relaxing few days at one of their Spa Pet Lodges. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Stephen, the owner, greeted us with such warmth and made sure we had everything we needed, while also giving us the privacy to unwind. The accommodation was impeccable—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared with a lovely welcome hamper, including sleep masks for the roof light, which was a great touch. The hot tub was a real highlight, and Stephen ensured it was always in top condition, popping by each morning for maintenance. The grounds are beautifully kept, with charming little rabbits hopping around, and plenty of space for walking our dog (on a lead, of course). It was a true haven for us and our four-legged friend. I cannot recommend Green Meadows Park highly enough. It was easily one of the best British holidays we’ve ever had. If you stay here, don’t miss out on visiting The Spotted Duck just across the road—their cooked breakfast was exceptional, and the service was wonderful. “Absolutely love this place, I have a dog that is extremely reactive to others. This gives me a safe place to let him off the lead. The fields are all a good size. My wife and I walk opposite ways allowing our dogs to run between us "getting their steps in" a little more than some fields in price, I personally think warranted due to the much bigger fields,Cleanness, boot scrappers and wash. All own parking for fields and good simple rules for all”

“Small farm/petting zoo, with a decent indoor and outdoor play area for kids, enjoyable afternoon, admissions are a bit on the high side but good for whats included compared to other parks/farms of this kind. £1 Hayride followed by feeding cows was amazing, rare to get close to cows on farms for obvious reason. All in all a good day and the kids loved it.”

“We came as a family of 10 to the breakfast with santa. It was brilliant. Santa spent time at the table and then the children spent time with him individually. There was time for mots of photos and the children loved it. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will most definitely return next year!!!”

“We recently bought our first caravan in quite a few years. We were looking for a park that was not too commercialised but had all the essential facilities that we needed. From a simple enquiry we were helped and advised by Andrew to find the right caravan within our budget. The process of choosing our caravan and taking ownership was very smooth and stress free. We were kept informed throughout. They put brand new beds in the small bedroom for us as there was just one bed in there. There is a very good bar and entertainment club with very good acts on. There is a shop on site that is well stocked and also an amazing coffee shop that serves home made food. The park is very well maintained and you can tell people take pride in the their holiday home.”

“We have just come back after a lovely stay at this beautiful lodge site, the lodge was very spacious and clean and it had all the things that we needed. The welcome pack and bottles of Prosecco and also the dog treats were a lovely gesture. The hot tub was fantastic which we used plenty of times, the location was brilliant with a lot of ideal walks near to it especially for my partners puppy who needed it. My mum and dad are stopping here at the end of September and we have definitely recommended it to them as we had the best time.”

“Cute and cosy little pods. Hot tub was lovely and warm. Would definitely stay here again, the site is nice and quiet. In the middle of lots of places such as Brid, Hornsea, Skipsea so will always find a day out.”

“What a great asset to Hull-and it’s free! I hadn’t been to East Park for many years but I visited this week and it was lovely! First of all it is huge, with water features, endless paths to explore, a fab animal centre, a splash boat, children’s facilities and lots more… It’s great for people of all ages and particularly popular with dog walkers and runners. As it is traffic free there are also great routes for cyclists and very safe for supervised children learning to ride. If you love being outside in nature it’s definitely the place to be: so many squirrels, birds of all descriptions including swans and geese ( and the emu in the animal centre ) and so many trees high are glorious in their Autumn shades just now. There are plenty of maps around the site to help you to navigate and several entrances to the park. Toilets are in the Pavilion/East Park Library and also in the Education Centre. It’s very easy to access using the buses which run frequently from the city centre along Holderness Road.”

“My family stayed in the Park View Lodge for 3 nights and we were really impressed. The site was in a great location, and site staff were very helpful and friendly. The lodge itself was clean and well equipped, the hot tub over-looking a fishing lake was a bonus. If you want a break in a beautiful, quiet environment, this is the place to go!”

“Great service. Went in for a strip light bulb, but didn't realise how many fitments there were and how I'd fit it. The two chaps in there went above and beyond to help me out and helped me fit it and test it. Happy days! really helpful cheers”

“A great quiet park to enjoy a nice stroll with your dog, partner, family or friends. If it’s a nice hot day why not take advantage of the ice cream parlour on the grounds of the park. A gym is located within the grounds, you could even be tempted to join in on the Saturday park run if you’re a fitness guru.”

“We had a great day was our first visit on an event day , the house was beautiful and good to learn the history,the woods lovely walks ,the walled garden and museums,loved the stalls and live event with singing was so much to do and see,we will back in the autumn we shall bring our grandchildren to enjoy the grounds and have walks and play in the play park and we will come to the Halloween and Christmas activities Thankyou for an enjoyable day”

“Reserved a table and was seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant was inviting with a modern style to it. The staff were friendly and very helpful, but a little slow at times. We were seated in the outside glasses area but I felt somewhat uncomfortable the whole time I was there as the tables were so close, we could hear everyone else's conversations, so felt unable to talk private ourselves. The food arrived very fast and was hot and fairly tasty. Overall, a nice experience, but was room for some improvements. Aside from that, an enjoyable experience.”
