   Stayed here twice now. Our caravan was lovely, had everything you could need, the bed was cosy and the shower was great.the club is very nice with a lounge, a family room, a room with entertainment, the staff are great and the caravan owners make you feel very welcome.there's a shop and a cafe, Helens breakfasts are great, she makes you feel very welcome, we will be back next year.

   Went to the open day back in May at Cowden Holiday Park on their Spring Lakes site to look at the venue as I was hoping to relocate my static caravan from another site based in Hornsea. Upon arrival I was met by Andrew who gave us a tour around the site and walked me through all of the options available. The next day I called Andrew back and secured my spot for my caravan to be relocated to, the site which is still under development looked amazing and was just what I was looking for, with the added bonus of the main site across they road and the beach a 10 mins walk (ideal for my dog as he loves the water). From paying the deposit the move was handled by Andrew and the Cowden team, and apart from a slight delay of getting my van off the previous site, the move went to plan. Now just over 2 months in and regular visits, I can honestly say I love it, there is the piece and quiet of the spring lakes site with the advantage of a scroll across the road to the main site. Both locations are well kept and cared for, and all my neighbours arriving have been friendly and it’s been great to meet them. Added bonus of my decking being fitted shortly so will truly be my home from home. Looking forward to the lake being completed so my son can spend his days fishing Thank you Andrew and the Cowden team for making the move simple, it’s a beautiful site in a lovely location on the east coast.

   We recently bought our first caravan in quite a few years. We were looking for a park that was not too commercialised but had all the essential facilities that we needed. From a simple enquiry we were helped and advised by Andrew to find the right caravan within our budget. The process of choosing our caravan and taking ownership was very smooth and stress free. We were kept informed throughout. They put brand new beds in the small bedroom for us as there was just one bed in there. There is a very good bar and entertainment club with very good acts on. There is a shop on site that is well stocked and also an amazing coffee shop that serves home made food. The park is very well maintained and you can tell people take pride in the their holiday home.

   5 stars for a 5 star caravan/ lodge park. We bought our 1st ever caravan last year 2024. Mikey was fantastic in every expectation in buying our 1st ever caravan, from choosing the right one for our needs to the hand over day and after sales. Front of house office staff are friendly and will answer any questions you need to know, from ordering gas ( gas bottle supply caravans) to any related questions you want to know. The park is well maintained thanks to the grounds staff who are friendly and do an excellent job in every aspect in ground maintenance. The local shop on site is opened daily for any convenience stock up. If fishing is your thing they have a well stocked lake offering the experience and novice angler a great days fishing. The bar is opened 7 days a week with plenty of entertainment for young and old alike. Final the owners Larkham family, they take great pride in making the park what it is 5 STARS !! If you are looking for that little gem of a holiday park for you and your family all year round this is the park for you. Update 2025. We have taken the plunge and upgraded to a spacious lodge on there new complex ( spring lakes ) across the road. FANTASTIC. A big thank you to Andrew, Christian, and Mikey. Food for thought- buying a caravan isn’t an investment. Having a caravan IS an investment in LIFESTYLE! Thank you all Mark, Christine. X

   My Wife and I recently purchased a Caravan at Cowden after years of thinking about it and looking around. I can honestly say it was the best thing we ever did. A special shout out to Holly and Claire who are absolutely the nicest people you would ever want to meet when you go for a beer at the clubhouse. We got a flat tyre while here and Holly recommended someone and sure enough they came out and fixed it a lot cheaper. Claire is an absolute Star and a barrel of laughs on Quiz night. Mikey and Christian in the Sales dept have also been great. Mikey took care of a couple of issues that we had without any argument and overall we have been very happy all round. Also there is a fantastic coffee shop the owner Helen is also great and they serve a fantastic Breakfast ! On top of that there is a traditional pub on the site (The Cross Keys) with great food and again very friendly people, James has been fantastic every time we have gone in. One last shout out to Tony, probably the most friendly and knowledgeable guy you could ever meet. He fitted a drain down pump in our caravan and also gave me a few valuable pointers that as I am a first time static caravan owner were very welcome. Thank you to everyone, couldn't be happier !

   Only dropped passengers off as I'm a taxi driver but visited the bar to use the toilet as I'd had a long drive. When I drove in the entrance the site looked nice & clean, I had never been before & thought it looked like a nice place. The bar was moderately busy , nice & clean ..as were the toilets with a separate area for kids next to the bar. I was quite impressed with the place , it had a nice friendly family atmosphere & I would definitely consider staying here for a holiday

   Staying with my sister in her new caravan. Brett in sales has been most helpful and the team all seem friendly. It is well maintained and has really good facilities on site; Play area, cafe, shop , laundrette, club house and pub. Lovely walks and so close to Mappleton and Hornsea. Reasonable site fees too.

   We have been owners on Cowden many years and upgraded to a new pitch in May. Christian is very experienced and makes sure everything is up to scratch and you’re happy with the move. Nothing is too much trouble. Can highly recommend the park as a whole and Christian will get you an amazing deal
