   Martin is extremely professional in his service offering and my experience was great from start to finish. He has clearly mastered the art of PDR down to the minute detail and now has expert level workmanship. Martin was honest and managed expectations from the outset on timings, cost and quality. In the end, he exceeded expectations and I’m really pleased with the end result. Martin’s prices are fair and reasonable and he has a very high level of customer care. I strongly recommend.

   After my car was vandalised I contacted Martin and he agreed to look over the damage. He was exceptionally professional and agreed to take the job on.    Our GT86 was damaged recently when a box fell from the garage loft and dented both the GT and a Yaris Premiere Edition. The Yaris only has just over 200 miles on the clock and the GT had less than 1500 miles despite being a September 2012 vehicle. The damage was only dents but one in particular was on the rear quarter panel and right on the panel crease. There were others on the roof rail panel and wheel arch. We were totally devastated as the car never even goes out in the rain. It is cleaned and serviced more than it is driven. After watching Martin on YouTube I was determined for him to repair the damage. Previously I had dent work done on other vehicles and although improved, there was always a trace of the past visible. With Martin he returns the vehicle to its original perfect state. Martin also spotted some other small dents on the drivers door which we were unaware of. We decided to have them all done at the same time which avoided any inconvenience. Martin was the perfect host throughout. We had a very comfy place to wait with smart TV and clean toilet facilities. We were also offered refreshments but declined as we had arrived fully stocked. The journey of 70 miles both ways was long but totally worth it. Everything went completely smoothly and we are 100% satisfied with the experience. I have mobility issues but can confirm that access is level and safe. I did take out my wheelchair but in reality it wasn’t essential as everything is quite close together. Walking aids are suitable for ambulatory wheelchair users. Martin is a really pleasant individual who makes you feel at ease. His standard of workmanship is second to none. Thanks Martin for such a great service. I would totally recommend Dent-Remover Ltd. If in the future I have similar issues I won’t hesitate returning to Beverley.

   Martin did a fabulous job on my 1971 Beetle after somebody accidentally reversed into it on our drive. He removed the dents without damaging any of the original paintwork. Martin was also great to deal with, and took care of the vehicle when it was with him. I would thoroughly recommend Martin to anybody who is looking for that special somebody they can trust with their ‘pride and joy’!

   Highly recommend! Martin quoted me a brilliant price considering the difficulty of the dents been on body lines. He was a really nice guy, definitely can tell he cares about his work. Really nice unit he’s got too. Anyone needing any pdr work I’d recommend you go here, easy to book in and you know you’re going to get the best of the best in terms of quality.    Absolutely fantastic experience, seriously Martin is a magician with dents! We were even driven into Beverley town centre (lovely place) and had a mooch round while he sorted some minor dents out on our cars. I am SUPER fussy about my cars and honestly can’t rate this guy highly enough. We drove 3 hours from Cambridge after seeing Martins skills on YouTube and I can now safely say he is the only person I would/will trust to work on our cars cosmetic imperfections. Seriously…..you will not find better. The price was extremely reasonable too! 5 Stars!

   Martin is not only a magician at making dents disappear, he also provides outstanding customer service. Today my three week old car was hit by a flying conker and two unsightly dents on the roof between the windscreen and the sunroof was the result. I called Martin who offered to do the job straight away, so I took the car over and less than one hour later the job was done and the car restored to pristine condition. I can fully recommend Martin if you need any dents attending to. Great job - thanks...
