Just bought our very first family tent, although we had to buy it online for our reasons, we have popped in store numerous times and staff are always helpful. Kelly has really helped us understand what we need and will be back in store very soon to purchase the accessories. Highly recommend.
Called in at the Hull branch for some walking boots. Was served by Jake a pleasant young man who understood what I wanted and I therefore ended up being very pleased with my purchase. He was professional but very sociable and after a few laughs I left the store thoroughly pleased with my visit.
I loved Winfield Outdoor. They sell the following- Clothes Tents Chairs Camping items- pegs, ground sheets etc To name a few of the products available. All the items you will require for camping/walking Unfortunately, as seen recently, not much stock/styles etc. Were available. The prices are very high. Not much of discounts. Work is getting done on the above floor. Where tents etc are shown. Parking is available out the front. Also around the back of the store.
Amazing service everytime we visit, nothing is too much for Lee and his staff who are all very knowledgeable. Fantastic choice of products at great prices. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing service. We spent hour and half looking at tents and one in particular caught our eye, the service the guy gave us was brilliant ( didnt catch his name i know he had 3 small children) he went through everything in so much detail and he was so polite and chatty we need more people like him. We visited 28/01/2023. Served by James C. James. He actually made my day by how nice and enthusiastic he was, when serving us. Such an asset to your company and how you should deal with customers. People like that are getting harder to get now. Also the place has some great deals, great prices.
Myself and my elderly husband regularly visit this store and have done for years. Was hoping to find an awning for our new van. Will not be returning to this location again. The staff had nothing better to do than talk about a young lady (staff member) that was quite visibly upset. I approached this young lady who was very distressed and found the whole situation very appalling!!
Absolutely a great experience the display was amazing with a lot t look at. Went to lool at the display to get an idea of what we wanted from a tent. The staff are second to none, extremely knowledgeable and helpful pointed us in the right direction to where we purchased a new tent, after sales service was also great called & emailed make sute everything was ok. Will 100% use this store as my go to camping store.
