   Terrible service!!!! Not like I used to be when I worked in retail over 15 years ago’ the staff here can’t be bothered and their attitudes stink! The GIRL that served me today was vile!!! I remembered why I prefer to SHOP ONLINE don’t expect good service here! Wouldn’t mind if it was cheap and cheerful but it’s an absolute rip off won’t step foot in here again

   Unbelievable! Best quality brands, massive stock, brilliant easy layout, (not piled high with cheap clothing like JD) , very helpful staff, absolutely amazing value, i have been to all Retail parks or malls within many miles and this one store is worth a visit to meadow Hall, thank you Ps JD and other stores do not come close with the rubbish they now pile up and sell

   Bought a coat from here it was £100, I went to the box in wakefield and it was only £80 for the exact shame. Shouldhave shopped about first but £20 is a big difference

   i returned a hat as the peak was off set - the lovely sales assistant got her manager to come to authorise the faulty item. to my shock he stated that he was wearing the same hat?! The hat was clearly faulty. to which he then gave me the option of a exchange or credit note only! until i demanded a refund.i found him very rude and he looked stoned. your managers need training better or better still give the shop assistant the job.

   Falsely accused of steeling boxers , very obvious I didn't steel them as I was served and had a receipt. Didn't even offer a discount just a half hearted apology, poor customer service will not be shopping there again!
