βAmazing company, sent 3 guys to do the work after severe water damage, I had new ceiling boards, new carpet/lino, headers and footers of kitchen cupboards, new floor in bathroom and hallway outside bathroom. A very professional job done and all completed to a excellent standard. Would highly recommend.β
βAbsolutely fantastic job, great workmen, thoroughly delighted, canβt fault anything, highly recommend. Would love to give 10 stars if I couldβ
βThis is a fabulous, spacious site, particularly ideal for dog owners given that there is a huge field adjacent and also a disused railway path for walks. The site has both grass only and electric hook up. The field is perfectly flat. The amenities are rustic, but perfectly clean. Shower has an honesty box and was lovely and hot with no time limiter. The site promotes recycling and has great facilities for the same. There are no play facilities for children, but there is plenty of open space for games and nature walks.β
βIt is such a good place to shop no problem with parking ever. Love it xxxxβ
βAn unexpected look at the birds in the aviary as well as the Rhea's and Wallabies in the semi open area.β
βSuch a nice clean site. If you like a drink The Barn is for you friendly staff Thursday night bingo and Friday night bingo plus a quiz during the summer there are lots of different acts. Children are welcome with 2 playgrounds one at each end of the barn. Sunday lunch is available 12 till 4 best be early as they are Popularβ
βA lovely site. It's kept clean, modern and well maintained. Plus there's a dozen places you can visit that are all within a 30 minute drive from the site. We'd definitely return but not during the school holidays, as it's very hectic and loud from a buildup of caravans, children and loud music. Best time to go is during term time if you can.β
βWonderful grounds to explore - we were on a touring pitch and had all amenities close by. Shower and toilet blocks were immaculate clean and really spacious. Great little pub on site and very friendly and helpful staff - welcome pack very informative.β
βHad a, lovely stay I believe there is some ongoing upgrading work in progress. The lodge was comfortable, cosy and had all we needed. Sadly we had to lose a, day due to a, hospital appointment but we left feeling relaxed and rested Also we had good weather which also helps . We did have 1 day with no electricity but we went out for a few hours and all was restored later in the dayβ
βPickering Park is a wonderful place to visit with family and dogs. Its lush greenery makes it a perfect spot to relax. The park features walking paths, ponds, bird-watching areas, playgrounds, and open spaces. Itβs great for children, too, with so many birds to see. If you enjoy fishing, youβll find that opportunity here as well.β
βJust spent an amazing week at this campsite β the views were absolutely stunning and the whole place was super peaceful. Everything was really clean and well looked after, which made the stay even better. The owner was very friendly and took the time to show me around and explain all the facilities. Felt really welcomed from the get-go!β
βThe food is amazing, cooked really well and the delivery was very quick. Great experience thank you.β
βWe had so much fun here!! I was amazed at how well everything here has been done. The HUGE tree trunks and the high and low ropes course is ACE. You go inside and then outside on the course. I'd never done anything like this before and I loved it!! I had a go on the Big Leap too and it's scarier than it looks!! We did the Super Slide too and it was hilarious seeing everyone shoot out the bottom. We took the little ones too - by 1 yr old, then a three and five year old. They had loads of fun in the sandpit, and going in and out of the hobbit holes. The playground is good, and I can't wait for the soft play to open too. I'm sure this is going to be great for the winter months. Really impressed.β
βWhat a cracking site . Level pitches with good space between. You can arrive at 12 noon so can still have most of the day . A lovely bar open through weekends with breakfast to takeaway Fri sat sun morning's. The toilet/shower facilities wouldn't be amiss in a swanky hotel and so clean too . Just over an hour's walk into Beverley via the road or a little longer via old railway tracks . Beautiful area , we will definitely be here again.β
βWhat a great visit again (our 6th or 7 th ) . Hosts Dana and Zane and their lovely family were top class. We could not fault a single thing at Barmston. The new management family team were brilliant from arrival to departure. As always the fishing was great too . Lots of quality carp . Already booked and paid for next year too, its that good !β
βBack again after 5 years away, fishing holiday.β
βWas there for a weekend of martial arts. I was teaching Tai Chi and other instructors were teaching other arts. Great fun and lovely people. The place itself is fine. Accommodation clean and suitable for purpose. Better signposting would be nice to aid finding your assigned lodging.β
βGreat to just pop in for the odd bit of shopping or to do a full family shop. They do a delivery service too so more time to spend doing what you want without the worry of getting your shopping home,so it's a win win .β
βI Visited kingswood Nandos tonight. my friend and I had not been to Nandos for years. We was greeted by a lovely young lady called Lillie we told her we wasn't sure how to order ect. Lillie kindly run through everything with us recommend a variety of foods and explained the different spice levels of the flavours. Lillie made us feel very welcome. All the lovely young ladies that served us and checked on us was brilliant. The service was exceptional and a credit to the restaurant. The food was very tasty, fresh and generous portions too. I would highly recommend the kingswood hull restaurant and I will definitely return.β
βPerfect family day out , lots to do to keep the children happy at the fair . Plenty of coffee and food stops and a nice big family bar/ cafe called Jeromeβs .β
βFantastic site. Very clean and tidy site and accommodation. Well stocked shop, restaurant, bar and arcades. Lovely staff. Brilliant beach access. Easy access in and out to drive to nearby areas. Will look forward to staying again.β
βWe stayed for here for the long weekend, as soon as we arrived we was greeted with a warm welcome. We arrived 2 hours earlier than our checking in time and managed to get into our caravan straight away. The caravan was clean, spacious and heated which was a bonus. Lots to do on site great for younger children and some nice walks around site. The site is just a stone throw away from the beach. The only thing I would comment on is it wasn't very clear where to put our rubbish, I couldn't see any signs of where to dispose of it, maybe a sign or clear indication of where to put the rubbish would be good. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and have re booked for next year.β
βBeautiful afternoon walk with my partner and our dog, lots of other considerate dog walker's too and very friendly, nicely kept, no complaintsβ
βA very pleasant stay. It was quite warm on our arrival but the window was open and a standing fan was already in our room. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. We complemented the cleaning staff on their great work on the way out. Would recommend a room that doesn't face the road as can be quite noisy. Our room was overlooking the carpark and we found it to be very quiet. All in all a good stay.β
βSuch a lovely place for walk and kids to playβ
βHuge field. Play park for the kids. The pool is open in summer for the kids to enjoy. Great amounts of field for letting your dog run aboutβ
βCould not fault the staff. The day before we stayed we had a phone call to ask if it was a special occasion, it was my daughters birthday, they put treats in my daughters room and gave her a card. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in and that is down to the staff.β
βPlayed in this park as a child. Always made little model boats to sail in the pondβ
βBeautiful park. We upgraded but the caravan was super clean, warm central heating, mattresses were comfy. Nice selection of drinks in the bar, a little shop and a bit of entertainment. Nice view of the sea from our van. Was good value. Staff were all very polite abd a good laugh.β
