Storm Arwen caused some serious damage to our almost new static caravan, we were pretty devastated to say the least. It was our safe place, somewhere to enjoy family time away from the hustle and bustle. We were introduced to SA services, and I can honestly say that they went above and beyond. They kept in touch, the communication was fantastic and excellent quality workmanship. Can’t thank them enough, (would also give 10/10 for their counselling :) ) Thanks guys
When Storm Arwen ripped part of our Lodge roof off, SA Services were assigned by the loss adjustors. Stevie phoned within hours of being assigned and visited the Lodge protecting it further from the elements. Stevie assessed the job and there was significant damage, but he reassured us that this was what his business specialised in, very reassuring. Once the quote was approved by the loss adjustors Stevie ordered new roof materials etc and scheduled in the work. I appreciated that he had a number of other jobs due to Storm Arwen and he was all over the Country. The work started, it was a complete strip out of 60-70% of the Lodge. Further damage was found and additional claim submitted and approved. The process took 10 months, but when you see the size of the job, the transformation along the way and the end result it was clearly worth the wait. The job was not rushed, no corners cut and the finish is evidence of that. In conclusion, Stevie and his team were fantastic, professional throughout and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. The team Stevie has are very friendly, well mannered and nothing was a hassle, they aim to please and deliver on that front with ease. Stevie was excellent with communication throughout the 10 months, regular updates and involved us in the design etc. He leads by example and this is why he has such a successful business that makes loss adjustors jobs simple. We had our caravan refurbished by s a services . Not many do everything like this company . We had new kitchen plus cooker .new shower cubicle.new floor in bathroom and hallway.new wardrobe doors made new tops on bedside cabinets and dressing table .gas fire taken out and new insert put in . Vinyl floor in kitchen hallway and bathroom and carpet in living room .WOW what great work from the team .we would highly recommended Steve and the team if you are looking for quality work done on your van .we had a few problems getting them on site has we had the work done in the winter close.
