“I am brand new at Village. Bailey offered me a free 12 week program and wow has he got me motivated. He is very knowledgeable on diet aswel as exercise and even suggested some alternative snacks for me, as I am terrible snacker. I think he is just amazing, enthusiastic, professional and a wonderful motivator. He even convinced me to attend his boxercise class. I couldn't believe I loved it. I think Bailey is a super trainer and he has a lovely friendly manner. He has made me feel uninhibited to do and try everything at Village. I cannot thank him enough.”

“I recently discovered the Nuffield Health Centre in Hull and was amazed that such a great facility was right here. The gym is well equipped, the swimming pool is clean and perfect for both exercise and relaxation, and the tennis courts are a brilliant bonus. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I honestly didn’t know this place existed in Hull – it really feels like a hidden gem for health and fitness. “Some good spas in the showroom and some swim spas. Ethan was our guide to all things Jacuzzi and air source heat pumps. We've had a spa for 21 years and loved it, but it's time to get a new one. Ethan talked it over with us, and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He encouraged us, and our grandchildren to dry test the spa's in the showroom, to see which we liked. Thanks to Ethan, we've chosen the right spa for us, and can't wait for installation.”

“I used thecswimming pool only in the gym for privat lesson for my doughter as the public pool is always filled and crowded and the teacher can not give my doughter her time for the lesson and see what she is doing.”

“Awesome little local area that's free to use. Remembering it's cash only at the kiosk. Great that they have small affordable toys, drinks and food available at the kiosk. They also have a toilet/wet room that can be used for all people inc wheelchairs. Be prepared when getting out of the pool that the floor is a little bit slippery when first contact is made :)”

“The review is only for Swimming academy! My daughter joined swimming classes with Lucy Chrost when she was three, and she now moved level up as she turned 4. We absolutely love every lesson with Lucy! She always finds energy to deal with kids with a smile, makes lessons fun, interactive, inclusive. I was amazed witnessing her, there was one day when she was In the middle of explaining the next exercise to the kids and one of the students was messing about and put arm bands on his feet. She stopped almost mid sentence and immediately turned over to the kid and explained why it is unsafe to do that. Because it was a safety thing. I was amazed! Very grateful and happy to be part for team splosh!”

“We went here with my 3 children aged 11, 11 and 8, my sister and her family with 2 year old twins, plus my mum and dad. The pool is 1.2 metres deep, so great for younger children. The water temperature was lovely and warm, even tempting me in - I'm not a huge fan of swimming when the water is cold. The pool room was well heated, so warm too when the kids were in and out of the pool. At one end is a male changing room and the other a separate female changing with benches, toddler play pen, nappy bins and toilet. There is also another toilet. You enter into a large room where you can wait if early, then go into the pool via a small ante room where you after leave your shoes. We took inflatables and dive sticks, but there were things you could borrow like arm bands etc. It was £30 for an hour swim with 10 minutes either side for changing. We thought it was well worry it for a private swim, lovely setting and great, well kept and clean pool. Definitely recommend.”

“Free and fun. A child friendly place next to the toilet block and beach shop. A carved water feature is the centrepiece of this easily accessible paddling pool. The pool has a long sloping entrance and exit. The "deep" end is about knee high on most adults. The area around the water is made of well maintained wooden decking. There are a few areas to sit around the pool.”

“Came on camping trip to sand le mere tunstall and wanted to keep my gym routine on track . So glad I found this gym, they did a weekly pass for me and made to feel welcome. There's nothing this gym hasn't got. Harvey at reception is a great lad and is very helpful. Would highly recommend”

“I completed a level 2 gym instructing course with Sportsability. I did it while doing a level 3 course at college and Sportsability was able to cater for this very well. They are able to give you some great guidance to complete the course and improve your knowledge of the fitness industry and it was a pleasure to work with them to achieve a level 2 gym instructing qualification.”

“We love this place. There's a normal large rectangular pool which gets deeper at one end in the usual way. Then there's a more shallow pool for children at one depth. Then there's a very shallow play area with tipping buckets, water squirters and a small tube slide, it also has seats under the water with bubble jets. Then there's two bigger tube slides accessible up a spiral staircase. It's really great, perfect for families. Make sure to book tickets though because it can get full.”
