   Just had my hot tub and air source heat pump installed and wow, I'm literally blown away! The team turned up on time, were very polite and extremely helpful. Ethan was our installer and was a delight to meet. He was incredibly genuine, extremely diligent and a true credit to your install team. The tub is nothing but amazing, complemented by the heat pump - which brought the temperature up to 38 degrees in 4 hours - my last tub took 10+ hours. We've had a couple of queries post install, which have been dealt with quickly by the after sales team. Thanks again for your great work - the plan to upgrade had been in discussion for many years and I'm so pleased I went with you. I must also shout out the Leeds team, who I've reviewed recently.    Some good spas in the showroom and some swim spas. Ethan was our guide to all things Jacuzzi and air source heat pumps. We've had a spa for 21 years and loved it, but it's time to get a new one. Ethan talked it over with us, and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He encouraged us, and our grandchildren to dry test the spa's in the showroom, to see which we liked. Thanks to Ethan, we've chosen the right spa for us, and can't wait for installation.

   I would give 0 stars if I could. What an absolute shambles. I ordered a hot tub for an Airbnb property which I don't live close to, it was two days late at being delivered and after waiting around for days they then delivered the wrong hot tub. Totally unreliable, incompetent and disorganised.

   Customer service is not great and on numerous occasions we have called and been told they would call back. Regarding Warranty beware as they will charge you for labour and call out. We had faulty lights in our hot tub from day one and still not rectified. Last visit the engineer brought the wrong lights and now they are asking us to pay labour charges for him to return. Really poor follow up particularly from Natalie!!

   After dealing with living outdoors for 4 year for all of our Jacuzzi parts with no issues and always travelled from The Isle of Axholme on a Saturday for parts. This weekend we need a part so we checked the website yesterday to make sure they had the part in ... they had, checked website for any information about any changes from earlier in the year and no mention of any changes to opening hours. Arrived today and asked for the part to be told that the parts department do not open and the staff there had no access to the parts at weekends as they are too busy ... we were the only people in the car park or shop?

   Very helpful staff. Ground floor showroom with no steps entry. They explained the differences between each of the types of hot tubs as well as the sizes. They even let me try to get in so I could be sure that I could get in and out without causing any pain. The guy even suggested a booster cushion which was super helpful for me and even included it in the final price. The day of delivery and fitting was just as good. The lads were really careful about everything including cleaning up after themselves. We really did choose the best company to buy from.

   Second tub from Outdoor Living delivered and installed this morning by a friendly and experienced crew. As a customer of over 14 years I couldn't wish for better service and ongoing care and support than I receive from Paul and his team. Nothing is ever too much trouble and everything is done professionally. You don't want to be messing around cutting corners to save a few quid when it comes to hot tubs and water chemistry so it's important to work with experienced and proactive professionals who make light work of it and provide total peace of mind. Everything about Outdoor Living is first class - if you are serious about your tub and what you put in it, no one does it better than these guys.
