“A lovely unassuming fine dinning experience in a friendly, relaxed (read unstuffy) environment. Took my mother as a birthday treat for the 3 course Tasting Lunch on a Sat. Started with a Kir Champagne, followed by an amazing little appetizer, which only added to the experience. Fresh made bread like we've never tasted before. A nice glass of wine for us both. The menu is seasonal but we had starters of haddock and pork for me, followed by mains of cod loin and chicken (so succulent). Mum had an apple cheese cake and I, the cheese board, followed by a coffee. All were amazing and not too filling. Service was excellent from all staff from beginning to end. Highly recommended”

“Simply excellent in all aspects of our dining experience. We stayed for two nights, eating in the 3 star restaurant on the first night and the 1 star restaurant on our second night. Both were exceptional. They are very clever chefs who ensure the dining experience is perfect. I would absolutely recommend Moor Hall to everyone, it's special.”

There is an option to choose half portions which I thought was a lovely idea and great for lunch times if you didn't want a big meal. We will definitely be coming back”

“We had a a delightfully delicious lunch today at Juniper. The food was cooked to perfection for both of our meals with lovely flavours. We were so impressed we are looking forward to celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary later on in the year with our family of foodies, but will obviously visit again before then. Particular favourite of mine was the pork belly which was tender and so tasty. It was nice to meet the talented chef at our table and Rob made our experience very comfortable with the right amount of welcome, service and information. A great introduction to this little gem. “Just home from a lovely Sunday evening out with my partner and daughter (6). We had the meat mezedes (banquet) and as always it was lovely and gives you the opportunity to try over 20 different dishes. It was a great variety and high quality food. Our daughter even tried some of ours which she doesn't do very often. It was a big thumbs up from her! There are a couple of children's meal options and are really good portion sizes. Staff are lovely and kind. They make a real effort every time we've been. They do takeaway (collection only), live music some evenings, and early diners specials on certain days too.”

Stavros was incredibly polite and friendly on the phone, and that same warm attitude continued when we arrived — he greeted us with a smile and guided us to our table with genuine hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the cooking. The food is divine and the staff make each visit so wonderful and memorable for us and it makes us want to visit time and time again. “Had a lovely evening after a last minute decision to eat out and chose Kurdina. Despite being busy, and us having no booking, the staff quickly separated off a table and seated us. Good choice on the menu. We started with garlic bread to share followed by lasagna and the salmon steak. Both were excellent and we finished off with the vanilla cheesecake which was just divine. The restaurant was immaculate and there was a great atmosphere with families and birthday parties happening. A good mix of casual and formal diners so go in jeans or wear a dress, neither is out of place. Total cost was just £60 which included a bottle of wine.”

The atmosphere is cosy and inviting, with a lively yet comfortable ambiance. Food & Drinks The menu offers a great selection of dishes. I ordered the sirloin steak (medium-rare)—it was flavorful, though slightly chewy in some parts. We also tried the lamb with mashed potatoes, which was incredibly tender and full of rich flavor. For pasta lovers, we sampled the Carbonara—delicious, creamy, and very filling (we couldn’t even finish the whole portion!). The shrimp pasta was equally tasty and satisfying, making it a great choice for seafood enthusiasts. Service & Overall Experience The service truly stood out. The waitstaff were attentive, polite, and knowledgeable, helping us choose dishes and making sure we had a great dining experience. Their attention to detail added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
