Great place with beautiful freshly made food at fair prices. Lots to choose from pasta, pizza and meats. We went there on Saturday and it was rather busy and loud as you would expect on weekend but all dishes came out fairly quickly. Lovely service by all staff well done team! 100% recommended

We called ahead and arrived about 15 minutes before 10 (the restaurant closes at 11), so there was still over an hour left of service. However, the waitress served us in her jacket as if she was ready to leave, which didn’t make us feel very welcome. The food looked nice but was underwhelming in flavour. The bruschetta, topped with loads of tomatoes, had no flavour at all, and my tagliatelle with scampi was equally bland surprising for a restaurant that markets itself as authentic Italian. My husband did enjoy his pizza, but overall it was disappointing. To make things worse, staff were decorating for Halloween literally standing on chairs and putting things up while we were eating. That really took away from the atmosphere. If you’re going to do decorations, it should be done before opening or after closing, not when customers are still dining.

Restaurant was busy and lively, some might say noisy, but, hey, it's an Italian restaurant. Bruchetta was a good size, fresh Cherry tomatoes and basil. Tasty. Gambero Rossa was a good size with nice amount of prawns. Tasty sauce. Offered parmesan cheese which was grated at the table. Asked for water and was given the option of sparkling or still. Choose still and then was given the option to add ice and lemon. Attentive staff which was good as I thought being on my own I would be ignored. Water came in a sealed 500ml bottle. Bannofee pie for dessert, which was tasty, and a good portion.

Ate there on Sunday evening and the restaurant was very busy and loud. Due to it being so busy the food came out slowly but it was very nice and everyone enjoyed their dishes. Good value for money

We popped to Hoole a few weeks back and had seen this restaurant and said we'd come back and try it. So we did and oh my days it was so delicious. The portion sizes were huge. There is an option to choose half portions which I thought was a lovely idea and great for lunch times if you didn't want a big meal. We will definitely be coming back

Hands down the best Italian I have eaten in a long time! And I LOVE Italian food! The service was second to none!! We hadn’t booked a table and took our chances at getting one on a Saturday evening in the heatwave and although they were fully booked they squeezed us in! Everyone was lovely, and given that it was 30 odd degrees too I can’t say many others would have been as pleased to be working or serving people. The atmosphere was great, my husband said it reminded him of when we are on holiday and eat abroad! The food was delicious and well presented, it tasted just like proper Italian food should! They gave us some limoncello to try and tried to knock it off the bill when my husband said he didn’t like it - although we still paid for it and more as the food and service was such excellent value for money! Honestly we have paid far more at places in the past that don’t come close to the amazing atmosphere, superb service and fabulous food! Thank you so much for a wonderful meal and a lovely time and we will most definitely be back again!

After my friends have raved about this place (especially through lock down for their takeaways) I was glad to be trying it for the first time. I absolutely loved the atmosphere it was nice to see so many people enjoying themselves and the smell when you arrived was so good. The menu has lots to choose from that I found it hard to decide haha. The food I ordered was amazing and just the right portions. The only reason I've not given a 5 star is that we had to ask a few times for water to be brought to the table and when we wanted more drinks, again we had to ask a few times. Other than that the service was really good. I'll definitely eat here again and would recommend it.

We were in the Hoole area for just 3 nights, discovered this place on our first night and would have eaten here every night but they close on Tuesdays (for a well deserved day off). We hadn't booked a table in advance but they squeezed us in despite it being exceedingly busy. Service was excellent, friendly, attentive but not intrusive and also very helpful when you can't decide what you want to eat! Food is absolutely delicious, generous portions and very good value for money. Highly recommended.
