“We popped to Hoole a few weeks back and had seen this restaurant and said we'd come back and try it. So we did and oh my days it was so delicious. The portion sizes were huge. There is an option to choose half portions which I thought was a lovely idea and great for lunch times if you didn't want a big meal. We will definitely be coming back”

“Amazing experience! Everything was 10/10. The atmosphere is lovely, it's in such a lovely spot. The staff were amazing, we went for my birthday and they gave us several drinks on the house, all specially selected to couple well with each course. They all knew so much about the wine and food, which was so tasty!! Definitely would go back again and recommend to anyone”

“We are repeat visitors, the food and service is always excellent. However, we did have issues with the bill (incorrect) on a couple of occasions. I raised this on their feedback web form. I received a call from the manager Cosmos on the same day. He was very receptive to my constructive criticism and promised to address the issues. I was very impressed. Thank you for this. Relaxed atmosphere, intimate venue, superb food an explosion of colour and taste and last but by no means least fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable front of house staff. “I would recommend booking before arriving for a Sunday roast as this place was absolutely buzzing! The soup of the day was melt in your mouth delicious and flavoured perfectly! We tried the chicken, pork and beef roasts. They were equally amazing. I preferred the chicken as it came with crispy skin. The pork came with wonderful crackling if that's your bag. You cannot leave here without having pudding. The brownie, cheesecake and toffee pudding were out of this world. The kitchen is on point with timing and the wait staff did them proud despite how busy it was. Lovely, warm, welcoming and worth a visit for sure. You won't regret it!”

“Visited Prezzo Broughton for dinner around 6 PM with a group of 5, and we had a lovely experience from start to finish! I ordered the Caramel Iced Latte, Chicken Milanese with Spaghetti Pomodoro, and finished off with the Quadruple Chocolate Cookie Dough dessert – everything was absolutely delicious. The Chicken Milanese was perfectly crispy and paired so well with the light, flavorful spaghetti pomodoro. The dessert was rich and indulgent – a must-try for any chocolate lover! The iced latte was also refreshing and just the right balance of sweetness and coffee. A special shoutout and big thanks to Manager Mr. Achintha, who went above and beyond to make sure our table was well looked after. His warm and professional service really stood out and added a personal touch to our evening. Highly recommend this branch for a relaxed and tasty meal. We'll definitely be back!”

“Lovely little restaurant with friendly staff, great service and good food. We went for dinner as part of a little pre Christmas trip to Chester. The small plates were delightful. We had the focaccia, meatball and fried lasagna. Every item was lovely… and I’ve definitely been inspired to deep fry my lasagna in future! We had the onglet, bhaji burger and broccoli tagliatelle for mains. The onglet was delightful, but I didn’t regret my choice (the tagliatelle). The mango ketchup that came with the bhaji burger was too sweet for us, but I’m sure it would have suit those who have a sweeter palate. If we had extra stomach space, I would have loved to try the lasagna (because the fried version was so nice!) Nothing wrong with the dessert per se, but they were the weakest course… which was a little odd. The chocolate crème brûlée was fine but nothing to write home about … while the sticky toffee pudding was not the right texture for me. The coffees were delightful though!! Overall, this was a good find! I’d love to go back during the day and try their brunch - the Malaysian in me is intrigued by the chai tow kway & paratha (the description is that for chai tow kway so not sure where the paratha comes in, but I wanna try it!!)”

“Stopped by on a work trip to Chester - the hotel restaurant was busy and they recommended this place and I am really glad I went! The food was lovely - everything tasted very fresh and authentic. It was really busy but they were still able to find a table for me, and the food came out very quickly. Despite being busy, they were very attentive. I ordered the linguine al pesto and the tiramisu and both were fantastic. If I'm ever in Chester again, I'll be sure to pop by again!”

“I recently tried this Italian restaurant and it was amazing! The food was super fresh and full of flavor, The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved the whole experience and I definitely recommend this place if you’re craving delicious Italian food The waiter (Julius) was super polite, attentive, and really knew the menu well. He made great recommendations and checked on us just the right amount without being intrusive. His attitude added a lot to the overall experience and made the visit even better”

“The family and I have been coming here for years. Absolutely adore this place. Always great service and fantastic food and tasty wine. It truly is the hidden gem of Chester, we always recommend Pacino’s to our friends. Took my mum here today for her birthday. As always, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. I had the house red, the pork ribs and goats cheese bruschetta as a starter and then the lamb shank with a side of super tasty vegetables for the main. And of course I had to have a dessert - cheesecake! Everything was fantastic. Cleared our plates as always. Pacino’s really makes you feel like part of the family. You’re welcome in with open arms and served such delicious food. We’re all so ready for a nap now. We’ve had a lovely evening. Always come here if you get the chance.”

“Best takeaway in flint by far! Friendly & welcoming staff. Always use this takeaway highly recommended. Nothing is a big ask for the team and food is always freshly prepared to a high standard in front of you. Best pizza and even better chicken kebab. Bero, mina and Joe work so hard to keep up with demand. Never had to wait a long time for my food despite there being many customers. Very accommodating nothing is too much for the lads. “Our book club meets here regularly and we absolutely love it! The vibe is always cozy and welcoming—perfect for good chats and great food. Big shoutout to Olivia—she’s amazing! Super friendly, always on top of everything, and just makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for any group hangout or chill dinner spot. We feel lucky to have found it! They also cater to our gluten free members fabulously, you can’t taste the difference!”

“What a gem. Hadn't booked but they kindly fitted us in, and I'm glad we went. The food was spectacular with a great choice from the menu. Only down side was that I was a little disappointed with the amount of vegetables/ potatoes that came with it. Easily resolved by ordering some more, but it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Staff were polite and helpful, and although the restaurant was fully booked, we weren't at time made to feel that we had to go. Would easily recommend to anyone who comes to Chester and fancies an Italian.”

“Myself and my partner ate here as our first date night during lockdown! We’d been looking for a place that could prepare traditional gyros to help us get over missing Santorini so much. It did not disappoint! I had the halloumi and my partner had the chicken gyros. Massive portions, fast and clean service and so, so yummy! We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!”
