Shocking customer service and lie about their reach for delivery via just eat and cancel when you have no other option. Will never use and suggest you do the same.
Came here for my 30th wedding anniversary with the Mrs and honestly I must say I was taken back to being between the hillsides of asparan Hisarönü, Datça Yolu Üzeri, 48700 Marmaris/Muğla, Turkey Would recommend to anybody who loves a authentic real Turkish Doner kebab
I like the döner from here as it gives me nice feelings inside my belly. Even tho I have gout and stay far away from meat like this I give this place a 10/10 Thanks for the Redbull my good friend. I shall fly away now.
Spent £22 on a large chicken kebab (hubby), small chicken kebab (me) and large chips. For that price we expected it would fill us up... Sadly, the small kebab was like an appetiser, it would not have been enough food even for a toddler. The large one was still pretty small and my husband and I ended up having a second dinner as there was so little food. Our usual kebab house was closed, but what a big mistake to try this one. Absolute rip off prices. Also gave me stomach cramps through the night, thanks, never again.
We ordered a £16 order of pepperoni pizza and a large chicken kebab. Appalling service when we went home with a burnt pizza and a bone dry kebab. Wasn't even in a pitta briad, the stale pita bread was placed on top of the take away box. When tried to complain the employees were very rude and excused it because it was their last order. No excuse. DO NOT ORDER HERE.
Just ordered a delivery from here. Ordered a special burger and the donnar meat was missing. Rang up the restaurant about this matter to get told next time we will give you another one. I asked if there was anything they could do now because why would I order from there again if my food was missing. He was just saying thank you so I hung up as I knew I was wasting my breath. Noticed the pizza was burnt and dry aswel after checking to see if I had got everything else I ordered. One of the pots of garlic mayonnaise was open aswel. On the website it said you'd receive a free garlic bread or Pepsi bottle when you spend £20 or more which I did and never received anything, why put that on if you're not willing to abide by it.
Absolutely disgusted!!! Ordered food through Just Eat from here, a pizza, a garlic bread with donna meat on it, some onion rings and a bottle of pop. The onion rings were completely soaked with fat, dripping wet! We had no donna meat on our garlic bread though we were charged for it and by the time we had spoken to staff from the shop over the phone, our pizza was stone cold! We were greeted with an incredibly argumentative individual, instead of helping us was just constantly questioning us what was wrong with the food. After being treated appallingly, we just asked for a refund to which he told us we would have to wait 2 weeks although we paid cash upon delivery?! We told him he couldn't do that. We then had Just Eat phone us as we had requested a refund, Just Eat were very apologetic and informed us someone would be on their way with our money. After waiting until gone midnight, we rang City Kebab &a Pizza House to be told they don't do refunds.. how can you do that?! He refused to even entertain the thought that the food wasn't up to standards and made out like we ordered the food with the intention of just wanting a refund. I told him he couldn't do this to which he replied "well I just have". £20 of horrible food we never eaten, absolutely appalling customer service skills and had to wait up half the night to not get our money back! We will be getting in touch with trading standards and we WILL be getting our refund. Honestly still in shock as to how I was just spoken to, disgusted. Never ever order from here!!!!
