Avoid, that's is how arrived to my table look like it broken in the process and use it anyway as a base, the topping including the meat was cold like they try to defrost just before left the shop, also don't try to order the gluten free one as it taste like cardboard.

I ordered a pizza this morning..and it was absolutely delicious! The person who served me.. I believe his name is Om..was incredibly hardworking and made my visit so smooth and easy. He was friendly, welcoming, and seemed to be managing everything on his own since it was the morning and I didn’t see any other staff around. It’s rare to meet someone who handles their work with such dedication and warmth, and Om truly made a great impression. Thank you, Om, for the great service and for starting my day with both amazing food and a smile!

Ordered our food at 22:02 the food didn’t turn up till 22:45 on top of it taking so long, they left out our drink, we contacted them about this when we got our food which arrived cold and it is now an hour on from contacting them and them sending another driver out and still no drink we only live 10 minutes away so don’t understand why it’s taken so long, ended up getting the rest of our order at 23:57, turns out when the driver that got here (not his fault) apologised and we mentioned the times to him and he told us he was only sent out 15 minutes ago, even though the store staff said he would send a driver over an hour ago. would have been quicker to collect or not even order at this point. Not too much to ask for really especially if I’m paying so much for the food and not all of it turns up. Didn’t manage to get the staff members name. With the service I receive I would have thought they weren’t paid.

Ordered as a one off at 11pm... food arrived at 2AM!!!!!! CALLED THE RESTAURANT TWICE!!! the food arrived stiff as a board and freezing cold .. Will be raising a BIG complaint in the morning requesting A full refund and a replacement meal as its so expensive for what it is anyway and the food is below par lately.. bot good wnough pizza hut it is in future..

Done a online delivery which said it was coming in 30 mins took the money straight out of my bank then get a phone call about 2 mins of placing my order saying it will be over 1 hour 30 mins so I have asked for a refund, nothing has came back into my bank so had to phone them up about my refund an they sed it will take about 5 days for my money to get back into my bank!! , very bad service quick to take my money out of my bank , JOKE !!!

If I could give zero stars ⭐️ I would, after asking them to change the cheese for a diary free one due to allergies they refused point blank. My 6 year old son was left devastated as a result as he likes and can eat meat without being poorly but not diary. Worst part of the service was they refused to put a manager on who then we could clearly hear screaming across the store in the background. A manager should be able to manage the store and customers support. While the person was rude on the phone they should be able to pass a request onto a manager at the customers request. They they refused to give names so we can’t name them while making a complaint. If it’s policy then there should be no issues if you will be backed up by head office. Definitely a issue with with the individual store and mentioned staff as it had not been a issue in the past. Avoid at all costs. Neo Pizza on the other hand a quick phone call and all sorted!! they will now get our business in future.
