‘IF’ you are clever enough to ask for a kebab with salad ‘on top!’ Instead of the side, you will be treated with a top of the line, meaty delight. The lads in the shop are well aware of this trick, they will buff your kebab to the fullest when you show them you are not the regular muppets!
Tried this place for pizza whilst visiting family. Ordered a pizza with no tomato base. Bit into the pizza and low and bloody behold, tomato. I jumped back on my horse and galloped back down to the shotton shop of tomatoey pizza and explained my non tomato pizza did indeed have the dreaded red fruity sauce on it. The 2 men behind the counter (mario and fish brain I think) apolitically apologiesed and swiftly rumbled up a fresh non tomatoey food frisby and fed me some fries whilst I waiting. All in all, it was a simple mistake that was swiftly rectified. Everybody makes them. Food was bang on.
I've been ordering from this take away for years never any issues apart from last Friday it took the delivery driver over 20 mins to find our address even tho I've had food delivered at the same address alot of times it literally a 1-2 min drive from the shop! If I knew it was going to be an issue I would of popped to the shop myself the driver rang me up claiming he was outside when he wasn't then claiming our house number doesn't exist?! So as it took 20 mins just for the driver to find our house the order was cold waste of money! I have also emailed them about this with no response very disappointed I think I will be trying somewhere else from now on.

Always have food from here, and the food is always delicious, regularly have a chicken wrap, every time the salad is lovely and fresh and chicken is cooked perfectly. Always my favourite
First time order ....food was delicious...had a large chicken kebab and large mixed kebab...salad was lovely and fresh and chicken was cooked to perfection....will most certainly be ordering again .
Ordered food from here tonight arrived 45mins later half the order missing The delivery guy took it back so it would be all fresh. Waited another hour only to have it delivered by my neighbour's and it was cold Was not happy as had to reheat it in the oven And most of all had been handled twice then no one wanted to eat most of it Put us off knowing it had been handled twice never mind cold Phoned pizza stop and complained all I got was a sorry not oh sorry next order is on the house .not that I want another one really put me off
First class delivery, decent sized portions, hot and tasty. All seven orders correct with each drivers name on the wrapping, delivers within 30 minutes, and some freebees chucked in too. Thank you for feeding us all, we'd of gone hungry as non of us expected to be here overnight
