   We were in Chester for a few days and opted for this place as something a bit different from the Christmas market food. Exquisite food to say the least - I had lasagne, my wife had the mushroom linguine. Great portion, alongside a garlic bread each, which in itself was a mini loaf! Inside was lovely and quaint, although upstairs was quite tight and did request a different seat given the limited walk space. Only other thing as well was the windows were dripping with condensation, not obviously a major issue of course. Reasonably priced, although a service charge was automatically added, so keep an eye out for that. Overall, great service though and food. Side note - there’s a small tasting room within the top floor, which is done via a separate experience.

   We were lucky to have been bought a wine tasting experience with some accompanying tasting treats, and from the moment we arrived to the second we left we throughly enjoyed it. We had the pleasure of Haley explaining to us the different wine selections and taste bits. She made us smile and was not intrusive, but had the right blend of knowledge and enthusiasm that made our visit memorable. The food was great but the wines were better, which meant we even bought a few bottles. We fully recommend a visit.

   Went to Vernon for the first time for the Quattro Rossi experience. Four fantastic red wines paired with cheeses, meats and bread. Absolutely lovely location right by the Cathedral. Everyone there was lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Stayed afterwards for an espresso and a cannelloni, which I heartily recommend! Delicious food, brilliant service and a lovely location. Will definitely go back.

   We had such an amazing experience on Wednesday evening, we ordered a delicious grande sharing board with wine, absolutely gorgeous! We actually ate our lunch there the next day too! The pizzas are absolutely gorgeous. The staff made us feel welcomed too, fantastic service, thanks everyone, you made our first visit to Chester extra special x

   Amazing experience! Everything was 10/10. The atmosphere is lovely, it's in such a lovely spot. The staff were amazing, we went for my birthday and they gave us several drinks on the house, all specially selected to couple well with each course. They all knew so much about the wine and food, which was so tasty!! Definitely would go back again and recommend to anyone

   We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more than at Veeno Chester for my friend's 50th. The area we were given upstairs (with one window overlooking the catherdral) had been decorated with tasteful eco friendly decorations, the food and drink was delicious but most special of all was the personal touch from our wonderful waiter Josh. He saw to our every need and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Josh!

   Visited with friends for a pre-show lunch. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent and wine delicious. We sat upstairs overlooking the cathedral and it was a lovely setting. All in all a great time was had by us all.

   Excellent, intimate little Italian restaurant in the shadow of Chester cathedral. Food was very tasty and hot, the red wine that we had was wonderful and very reasonably priced. Service was quick, efficient and the staff were friendly - please try it for yourselves !!!
