   Delicious, very busy to be honest but the quality of atention and care that was given was impressive. Hit all the spots, food was good, atention was amazing and the ambiance too. This is so hard to find in an italian restaurant in the middle of a turistic city. Keep it up girls!

   Nancy was brilliant. From the second we walked in we were made to feel welcome. All of the staff, especially Nancy, were amazing with both of our children. Nancy even offered to warm my food up when I was feeding our baby. They go above and beyond every time we go in here. Amazing place for families especially with small children!

   Booked in as part of a short overnight Chester break. On arrival we were greeted warm, welcoming atmosphere and shown to our table. The Malbec we ordered was excellent, the Meatball & Prawn starters beautiful, the pasta mains fantastic and the service faultless. We'll definitely be returning.

   Quality on the toppings but does not deliver on the base ! As my son said like eating sandpaper ! This franchise lives on its name but I would say a bit out dated & bit to expensive for what there serving ! Next time I will try something else off the menu and May be I will get excited by it ! I would say the lay outs are out dated as well ! Hope it survives as I do like the franchise!

   Took my sons out for a meal here. The server was lovely but not as attentive as you’d expect. The chairs were dirty. Not once were we asked if the food was okay. And it wasn’t. It was very poor. Little of it especially compared to previous meals. The pasta sauce tasted like it was out of a tin. The wine was warm and no ice in the cooler. Nothing for the kids either when in the past they at least had colouring things. When I passed on my feedback the server told the manager who I saw literally just shrug his shoulders. He should be sacked as he clearly doesn’t give a toss about the customer experience or seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t waste your money here it’s poorly run, the food is slop and very expensive for what was a terrible meal. Never going back.

   Visited bella Italia on 080921. We hadn't been for around fifteen years as our last experience in Leeds was a bit below par, however our experience this time in Chester was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food arrived quickly and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will be visiting Chester again shortly and we will happily try bella Italia again
