The women at the reception desk is a star. the bed is so comfortable and manage to get a great night sleep. unfortunately our room did not have the mini fridge or WiFi on the tv. 2nd time staying and would definitely come back for how good the sleep is. even both nights had wedding's and in our room you can't hear nothing.

Had a four night stay over the weekend to attend a family wedding at the hotel. From start to finish, everything ran perfectly. Every staff member we encountered -and there was plenty of them- was efficient, friendly and polite. The food was outstanding throughout, best haggis, neeps and tatties I’ve ever had. Restaurant and bar were very good. Rooms very clean with modern en-suite facilities (floorboards were a bit squeaky but it’s not a new building so that happens.) Good location with plenty of bus services into the city. Overall, an excellent time spent at the Palm Court and the wedding went off without a hitch thanks to the staff.

Excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with plenty of space in both the bedroom and bathroom. Parking was convenient with ample space, and the restaurant was very good. Service was attentive, and the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good, making for an easy and enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 1 night as we took a drive along the coast Room was very clean and the mini bar was stocked. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. We had our wiener dog with us so he was given some water and attention from the friendly staff, we even stuck his bed under the table. Good to see some old school locals having a wee pint and chit chat at the bar, rarely get to see this now without folk staring at their phones all night. Food at the bar was superb, haggis neeps and tatties lovely, also mac n cheese and other bits and bobs. Great big car park Overall a great hotel which is well kept and not far from the beach etc Only point to add would be the room doors bang quite hard and you can hear every single one each time they close, I will bring my ear plugs on my next visit.

Good pub atmosphere on a Saturday night. Busy, so smart to book a table if you're wanting a seat! Quick bar service despite the throng of punters. Nice to have option to take drink out if you're a smoker too!

Went there for an event and was in one of the event rooms. Nice hotel from the inside, didn’t go in the main bar and restaurant but looked busy and had a good vibe. Hotel reception/reception area, again looked good. The food was great and suspect this was a menu for the event, although I can imagine the rest of the menu would be just as good. Parking available, was pretty full, but more parking nearby. Accessible to small shops and not too far from main roads and larger shops, so easy to access. Staff seemed friendly and efficient.

We held our wedding reception at the hotel in November 2022 everything went so smoothly, the function room is great and the staff were lovely. The room we had overnight was modern and clean with a very cosy feel. Jenna went above and beyond during our time at the hotel with great attention to detail, and ensured our night was the best it could be! Everyone had a great time, would definitely recommend The Palm Court for a function or a night away.

Excellent hotel!! Myself and others from my business have been using this hotel recently a lot for work and the facilities have been excellent. The hotel is located out of the centre a little, not far, maybe a 20 min walk or a 5 minute drive, I like the fact the hotel is out of the centre a bit so it’s in a nice, safe, quiet area of Aberdeen, excellent for travellers with a car. The rooms are first class! New smart TV’s in each rooms which is very nice when your working away from home. I think the bathrooms have all recently been upgraded and all have really nice marble tiles and very cool walk in showers with rain fall shower heads. There is also nice bar restaurant attached onto the hotel called the Bothy which does really good food the staff are all very friendly and helpful would highly recommend this hotel for either a work stay or a weekend away if your travelling or passing through Aberdeen. all in all 10/10

Rooms are well finished, with comfortable bed and very spacious shower (with good water pressure). Restaurant is excellent - a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Prices very reasonable (remember to use your resident’s discount!), service is excellent and portion sizes are generous. Rooms have a stocked mini-bar and ample parking (both of which appear to be increasingly rare these days). And, should you forget anything, there’s a handy convenience store just across the road. If you don’t need to be slap bang in the centre of town, the Palm Court is perfect.
