   We originally booked a different night intended to celebrate our wedding anniversary but ended up being phoned by the restaurant to change the booking due to an unexpected situation. However we were offered a 50% discount as compensation, and they were able to accommodate us two Saturdays later. The service was brilliant, attentive, polite and friendly humour throughout. Unfortunately there was no non alcoholic beer but I enjoyed the Japanese passion fruit martini, which was delicious. We opted for the Menu65 which gave us chance to try quite a bit of the menu. The portion sizes were decent. The standout food was some sushi that had edible gold leaf on it (can't recall the name now) and the fillet steak main. I also enjoyed the prawn tempura sushi which had fillet steak wrapped around it. All delicious. We had a table by the door which meant unfortunately there was a cold draft whenever anyone came in or out of the restaurant so recommend wearing something warm. Also one downside was the sticky rice we ordered had a slightly too strong garlic flavour and my main meal was a bit delayed coming out, but weirdly it wasn't enough to dampen the rest of the meal and the server was really polite and apologetic about the slight delay. Everything else came out in good time. I would definitely go back as the flavour and texture of the food was fabulous and the friendly service and communication meant we still felt we were able to celebrate our special occasion

   Really delicious food and set menu is good value for money especially with the 20% off offer! We had a coeliac guest and they catered really well for gluten free, we contacted them on social media and the recommended preordering for allergens via email to ensure no cross contamination. They were very well informed when we got there and made sure to inform us that the soy sauce was GF as well as the courses and what adaptations they had made to cater for allergens.    Amazing food. Amazing service. We always come here for any celebration and absolutely love it. Sushmita always makes us feel so welcome and looks after your so well! We came for the 5 course tasting menu with bottomless drinks and everything was delicious. Thank you!

   Pleasant and intimate environment, very personable manager, and lovely chefs. There was a good variety to order from, portions were generous and the fish fresh. It is more fusion than pure Japanese but we had a good time. A special shout out to the chef who prepared 2 special dishes just for us.

   A fantastic tasting menu with a bottomless brunch. The dessert add on was very worth it. Definitely worth a try. The staff were incredibly attentive and personable. Sushi was the highlight as to be expected but the venison was also stand out.

   My first time at Kokos and it didn’t disappoint! Rather than the set menu options (which did look very tempting and good value), we ordered the full selection of the sushi rolls.. 40 rolls later between two people, it’s fair to say I was very full! All delicious and fresh, made to order and so tasty. The waitress was actually the new restaurant manager and she was excellent, very attentive and friendly and advised on the menu choices. Would definitely return to Koko’s and try some more of the wonderful dishes.

   Amazing food, super friendly service. We had the 3 courses which came with sushi tasters in-between courses and chocolates and sake to finish. Cocktails fab too. Lots of vegan and meaty choices, very accommodating. Can't wait to go back!

   This place is absolutely exceptional! Everything about it is beautiful and I would highly recommend anyone that loves fabulous food and service to go there. Our server was Alice and she accompanied us all night with amazing service that always left us satisfied and happy with our questions answered. The food was made to the highest standard by the chefs and we polished off several plates! Thank you to the amazing team for making the evening the most enjoyable.

   Absolutely stunning food, amazing how it comes out of such a tiny kitchen! We had the £38 menu and certainly weren't disappointed with lovely little tasters between courses. You must try the venison! Warm atmosphere with Japanese inspried decor, only space for 28 covers so booking far ahead is essential, Great attentive service.
