I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and I just have to say the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. I really enjoyed my meal, and it definitely left a great impression on me. Thank you for the amazing service and tasty food. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
recently visited Pizza Hut and was very pleased with the service provided by Manager Anoosha. She was welcoming, attentive, and ensured the food was served fresh and on time. The pizza and sides were well-prepared, tasted great, and were presented nicely. Anoosha checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory, which made the dining experience even better.
I ordered a large Veggie Pan Supreme from this branch. The order arrived on time, and everything looked fine at first glance. Just as we were about to eat, the branch called to ask if the order was correct — nothing else was mentioned. I checked quickly, said yes (as it looked vegetarian), and ended the call. When we started eating, we realised there was chicken under the cheese. I immediately called back and asked if they had called because they suspected the pizza might be wrong — and the staff member said yes. That’s completely unacceptable. If they knew there was a chance chicken had been added to a vegetarian pizza, they should have told us immediately. We would never have touched it. It’s careless, especially for anyone who is vegetarian or has allergies. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this branch, but it’s definitely the last. I’ve completely lost trust in them. They offered a replacement pizza, but that doesn’t undo the fact that they knowingly risked sending out the wrong one. I’ll also be filing a complaint to Pizza Hut HQ — this branch needs serious retraining or to be reviewed for how they handle mistakes and customer safety. Vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions should avoid this branch — they clearly don’t understand the seriousness of cross-contamination or customer service.
I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Mudassir! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. He greeted customers with a warm smile, took orders patiently, and made sure everything was served just right. It’s clear that he truly cares about customer satisfaction. Clueless to the order when I arrived, no flavour in the pizzas like they have substituted for cheap ingredients. Would not recommend. Head office needs to inspect

Awful!! It certainly arrived on time but that’s the best thing we can say. Very little cheese. Bland. Very pale crust. Not good at all.
